I just laughed my ass off watching Dustin Rhodes vs Val Venis at Breakdown 98 (one of my favorite minor shows). Dustin hits a bulldog and goes for the pin, refs counts to two, some fan blows an airhorn and makes the ref stop counting even though Val doesn't bother kicking out. He blatantly stays laying dead, not even kicking out late, but the ref insists as the crowd murmurs and there's scattered boos.
Towards the end Val gyrates on the top rope for the Money Shot. Just as he jumps, the airhorn rings out again. He landed it, but whichever fan tried to screw him up again has my eternal respect.
Edit: Even funnier is the story of the match is Terri revealed as having slept with Val and being by his side at ringside. So Dustin not being able to get the fall because of it fit into the story of "the universe is crapping on Dustin"

When I was a kid, I cracked up at Vince McMahon’s reaction to the stipulation for the Shawn Michaels/Rick Martel match at SummerSlam ‘92: “Okay, what about this provision, ‘no hitting in the face’? Give me a break! This isn’t the sixth grade! This is the World Wrestling Federation!”

Breakdown 98 has been the source for a lot of laughs for me and one of my friends for years. Great random moments like the OP posted and some fun commentary. Oh, and Bradshaw calling Vader a fat bastard.

Backlash 2003 had a stretch where we were dying laughing watching it. First you had Rikishi visibly grab a big ol' handful of Sean O'Haire's balls while getting pinned for the three count. Then you had the famous moment where Big Show swung a stretchered Rey Mysterio into the ring post like a baseball bat. Then as we were just recovering for that, Stacy and Torrie get in a slapfight backstage where Torrie pushes Stacy into a rolling wall that has one of those plastic storage tubs on it. It falls and clonks Stacy in the head causing Torrie to go from kayfabe pissed to legit shocked. Somehow Scott Steiner walks by and tries to say "You alright baby?" to Stacy but it comes out more like "You alright Bobby?" It was the greatest 30-45 mins in WWE history.

The episode of Nitro where the NWO turns Rey Mysterio into a lawn dart.
Mysterio: "There were four guys!"
Eddie: "No Rey, there's only three!"
Mysterio: "There were four!"
Eddie: "What is he talking about?"
Mysterio: "There were four guys!"
Eddie: "There's three guys!"
Mysterio: "No there are four guys!"
Eddie looks very confused: "What? There's only three!"
This went on for basically the whole segment.
One of my favorite segments in wrestling history.

A sign at I think Summerslam 89 that said ‘Hulk and Burtus’.
KOTR 93 after Hogan has lost to Yoko, Vince is talking about ‘Children crying in the crowd!’ as the camera cuts to a 7 year old girl who happily smiles and waves at the camera.

The first time I saw the sign 'ROMAN IS A WANK PHEASANT' as he walks past in the crowd.

I know I bring it up a lot, but…
The Hollys were doing their “super heavyweights” bit, making opponents weigh in before matches. They were facing what I assume was some version of the Brood.
They deemed their opponents to be not up to weight. Hardcore Holly then turns to Gangrel and says, “How ‘bout you, Dracula, why don’t you drag your fat ass up here, see if you make weight?”
