Gus' first choice for induction this summer has been posted and oh boy...it is a doozy. Nikkatsu tries enter the giant monster genre with a ripoff of Gorgo and they do fail.

New York city’s ABC station used to Show a movie every day at 4:30. One of the weekly themes was Monster Week. Of course, Godzilla would get a week to himself. But you would also get Gamera and Gappa and Frankenstein Conquers the World. I loved them all.

Something I forgot to mention to you when you told me on Twitter how you were faring with this: when I bought this movie, it was as a double feature with Destroy All Planets and the packaging was as dollar store as it gets. Nice to know no matter the version you still can't see shit.

As for Flesh Wounds, I remember it being on the polls for a long time for a while and finally got pulled, but having seen it, it's kinda weird. If anyone here hasn't seen it, you'll find out why I say this when Seth gets this in.

Looking at the DVD cover and I think this may be another rip-off of a rip-off with this one looking like it rips off Robowar.
