Really a bummer timing-wise for him, happened in the GCW match he had with Blake Christian over the weekend. Assuming that means he's not going to be able to work that NWA Title match at the show named after him, ironically enough. May be a good chance for him to take a minute off and freshen things up, though.

He going to have to give up all those belts he collected. I know he just lost the digital media title. I guess they have a replacement for him and looks like a good chance Nick Aldis being champion again.

Honestly I just don't want Aldis as champ again. I like him, but he doesn't need to be champion ever again.

I didn't think he'd beat Josh, but I did think that he was gonna challenge him for the Impact World Championship, eventually.

It's still bizarre to me that in 2022 Zack freakin' Ryder is king of the indies, and more than justifying his position. Hope he makes a speedy recovery, the dude's been killing it all year.

I love him and am super happy for the run he's having, but I hope he doesn't rush the torn bicep at all and even takes extra time to make sure it heals correctly. As an observer, torn bicep seems to be one of those injuries that guys who return too quickly from wind up paying needlessly larger for it.

I was worried about how he was handling his arm Saturday, was hoping it wasn't too serious. I'm really bummed for him, hope surgery goes well and he recovers with no issues.

Isn't that what ultimately forced Paul Ordornoff to retire? Since he never took time off to heal it before his big Hogan run.
