He should be Edge's power up, like when Edge gets really pissed he screams and makes vampire noises, ducks behind a curtain, and Super Edge emerges as a 7 foot tall vampire complaining about local sports teams but taller now and you can't teach that

If he does get a second chance in WWE, it'd be deserved, but I'd also be hopeful he surrounds himself with good influences. If he goes back to the drink, if his mental health plummets again, that'd be a really dangerous situation for him.

If he goes back to WWE keep his real name or think of a new one for copyright purposes (Cassidy Morrisey?) rather than go back to Big Cass. BC ring name is too synonymous with his team with Enzo and his troubled solo career (little person beating, unfortunate positioning in front of the titanron) and a name change also lends its self to the changed/new man persona he presents in and out of kayfabe.

Honestly tho??? Fantasy booker hat on??
If Enzo showed back up in WWE outta nowhere and was like ALLOW ME TO REINTRODUCE YOU TO WILLIAM MORRISEY and then Cass' big shirtless jeans wearing ass came marching back out to kill someone that'd be pretty sick

Could always just switch back to the name Colin Cassady.

I think he'd do great as MJF's new heavy to cause chaos with his new storyline if they did it
But if he went back to WWE, I think he'd be a good fit too. I think he's earned the chance just like McIntyre did.

Kind of expected it, and it's a good thing really. Impact have found their niche as a place talent go to repair their reputations without outstaying their welcome. He's in a better place now and has proven he will work hard and keep it together so bigger and better companies will come calling.

If I was him I'd avoid WWE, because you know they'd eventually be like "hmmm, what's the little one doing at the moment, they were really over together" and I think he's outgrown that, and it would be a major backwards step for him to be stuck in a tag team with Mr Consensual Penis.

You do know him and Enzo who a lot of indies together still. So it wouldn't be much different than that. But I agree that he improved so much and how rare these days to find big man wrestlers who can move and work. WWE should give him another try and push him as long he able to handle the pressure which is a concern.

I'm all for an Enzo return if they start calling him "Mr. Consensual Penis".

Hope things work out for him. But I don’t think WWE is the best place for him. I’d love to see him back, but I think the mental toll isn’t really what he needs.

Impact did one hell of a job making him in to a star, dude was absolutely terrible in WWE once they got him away from Enzo. He seems to really have his stuff together nowadays, so it’ll be interesting to see what’s next for him.

Most have said what I was going to about his Impact tenure but one thing I really liked was how he and Impact subtly would stress getting and asking for help if you're having mental health issues. The past couple of weeks he would say, "if you need help just ask." In a profession, let alone society, with so many people suffering from mental health issues and knowing his history it was a really nice thing to do.

It’s also nice that, in a boarder stuff, the people who are providing that context are the big tough dudes who don’t look like they need it like your Moxleys, your Gages, your Kingstons etc. Like Morrissey, they’re not perfect people but they’ve learned enough to know that struggles don’t have to be fought alone and that’s nice, especially publicly like they have.

Having not followed his career in Impact, I came into this thread assuming the worst, like he got fired for showing up drunk or he had another mental breakdown or something. I'm glad to see that isn't the case at all.
