Watching Slamboree 1994 and Flair is taking on an opponent of Colonel Robert Parkers choosing.
It ends up being Barry Windham who both him and Parker come out to the theme "Coast" (the one Arn used later)
This is pre Stud Stable with Arn and pre Horseman, was this just a random song played or what was the significance?
Did it appear again?
Its also fun to see fans flashing 4 fingers as it plays just before Barry walks out.

It wasn't. I don't think there was much to it. It just happened to be the theme they chose for Windham to use for that night. Funny enough I don't think it was used again until the following year at Slamboree 1995 when Arn fought Alex Wright. Not sure but I think that was the first time Arn used it as he recently was quietly disassociated with the Studd Stable whose theme he had been using (probably most associated with Bunkhouse Buck) and had just started paling around with Flair again.

That is the most amazing theme to me. Arn Anderson worked every promo and match like it was a legit for for the life and the theme was like a battle theme for him. The theme was original to the Barry Windham match and it's a shame it went nowhere for another year. As someone mentioned in a post not long ago, Barry's heart was just not in wrestling at the time. This match was a literal throwaway match on the card. As much as I dislike Flair, as a wrestler he deserved better. Arn wasn't doing anything so they should have jumped his heel turn here and still have the theme.
