Another thread I was just reading had me running scenarios in my head about who I'd like to see in tags/factions and all that.
No rules here. Any time, any era. As much detail as you'd like. Some of mine might be farfetched but just go with it haha.
Hogan & Flair Tag in 1999. - After a proper dissolution of the NWO, I'd love to see a heel Flair and Hogan as a team. Book it as the two icons of the sport, two guys who finally realize that they are more powerful together than separate. Even a nice little run with the belts would be cool.
Sting, Raven, Jake Roberts... some time. - I can't find anywhere to fit this in history without it taking away from something better, but I would have to imagine that it would be 97/98. I'd probably still try to have a way to keep Sting/Hogan at Starrcade, but with a better finish. This also assumes we are creating a healthy and physically able Jake Roberts here too. Having Raven and Roberts as Sting's Hall and Nash would be a cool visual.
Kurt Angle, Taz and Ken Shamrock. - Currently lost on this one timeline wise. I'd like it to be closer to Taz's WWF debut as he was still over, but Shamrock was probably gone by this point right? Either way, a trio of these three who by all means at this time were viewed as legit bad asses would be pretty gnarly to see.

I'd always make CAWs in the older WWE games and put some of the stars I saw aa a kid together.
Like putting Rick Rude, Curt Hennig, and Paul Orndorff together.
Or Bad News Brown and the One Man Gang.
Or Jake Roberts and Bam Bam Bigelow.

If Tessa Blanchard weren’t a trash human being I could easily picture a Four Horsewomen stable: Charlotte as the boss like her father, Natalya as the veteran (she is the longest serving on the roster, right?) Tessa as the rookie and Rhea Ripley as the enforcer.

Cena and Orton as a tag team would have been interesting. Also would have given one of their feuds some actual heat for a change when Orton turned on him after a title reign or two.

Horsemen '93 with Paul Orndorff instead of Paul Roma would have upped the badassery of that roster exponentially, and Orndorff was right there so it could have happened.

Jake Roberts in a heel trios stable with Demolition would have been awesome and its a pity they only really teamed as babyfaces with Hogan at the 89 Survivor Series.

Blackpool respect army - gun. Mox, Danielson, Yuta, Regal, Itoh, Brookes, Suzuki, ZSJ, Taichi, Archer, Jake, Onita.
Screw bullet club/elite, that should be the international cross-promotional stable that wins everything. The groundwork has been laid, many have already been in each others orbits in some way, just need to join them up.

In 2002, I came up with the idea to put Kurt Angle and Curt Hennig in a tag team and call them "The Perfect Angle."

Zeb Colter during the "Real American" era of Jack Swagger having a pro-America stable of Lacey Evans, Forgotten Sons, and Swagger himself would have been great to see during Swagger's face turn.
Another one that I've always wanted would be Crazy Bob Backlund managing a stable of technicians like Tyson Kidd, Bryan Danielson, and the like.
