I want to seriously change up my own diet... THESE DAYS: I've eaten almost exclusively chicken wings, (usually frozen) pizza, fishsticks, spaghetti n' bolognese and filled sandwiches these past few years. I feel like I'm from Freaky Eaters because of this. > I need to wake up and start eating more diverse and healthy at home too. Yesterday I had this disgust from all the filth that I usually eat that I couldn't eat anything out of my refrigerator. IN THE FUTURE: I'm prepared to cut the meat in half at least. Though I think cheeses are still an element that's needed to turn me into an almost vegetarian. I'll start eating up those salads and ' think of a way to prepare amazing mushrooms. Maybe eat a porridge once a day. I need to think of a clever way to eat fruits too. ~ What's in your diet, FAN?

Tomorrow I'm going into the shop to find out what are my chances to find vegan alternativities as far as milk products go in this small village that I live at. No more titty zit juice for me, thank you.

The porridge is a good idea because it's easy to add fruit to it. Similarly scrambled egg on toast or an omelette is an easy way to throw in vegetables and mushrooms.
I have tins of veg soup or chilli more since WFH but they often have a lot of sugar or salt added.
Oily fish and plain nuts are also good to have in your diet, but can be expensive.
Can't tell if you want to be veggie or vegan but to me they were all the easiest ways to get healthier things in my diet, as in more nutritious not anything to do with weight.

Can't tell if you want to be veggie or vegan I'm not sure just yet. As long as I don't ever have to feel disgusted about what I eat anymore. > Well done vegetable soup sounds like a heaven. That's something I gotta try inside a week. Lots of garlic!

I eat and cook like... everything. I'm a damn garbage can. I lost a lot of weight in then last couple years when I started to "forage" and try to eat seasonal things I find in my woods and water. The joke is that it was the increased exercise that was the real culprit. Because while wild black raspberries are delicious... they are best with vanilla ice cream Wild mushrooms are best covered in butter. Fresh bluegills and perch? Fry them sons of bitches. Oh venison? pound out breaded cutlets and cover them in gravy.

Low carbs. No bread, potatoes, rice or cereal. Breakfast is Greek yoghurt with berries, lunch a salad and dinner is usually chicken and some form of veg. I use parsnips, swede/turnip and celeriac instead of potatoes as they are way lower in carbs. Lots of cabbage, broccoli and cauliflower. Snack on almonds.

Besides caffeine and nicotine..?
I tend to try to eat any kind of of protein, veggies, rice. Thereβs a lot to play around with there. My βsnacksβ are fruit and cereal/some chocolate.

Adderall has been the biggest help to my diet (Got it legally and for legit reasons... Just want to clear that up). Ever since I started it, I usually eat once per day and when I do, it's usually some sort of meat and a vegetable at dinner. If I have a snack, it's usually pistachios, a banana, or some Greek yogurt. My wife bought these Greek yogurt ice cream bars (I think they're called Yazzo, Yasso, something like that) that are really good and a nice thing to have when you want an 'ice cream' fix.

I have majorly cut back on carbs since April. Helped me lose 21lbs now.
But usually breakfast is a banana or nothing.
Lunch is either a tuna sandwich or some kind of soup.
Then dinner depends on if I cook or not. Like tonight we did Tacos. So dinner was 3 tacos with meat, refried beans,a dash of cheese and a pile of onions.
Another major change I made that helped me drop weight was I use to drink 2 to 3 cans of soda a day, usually zero calorie Mountain dew. Now if I am at home I drink water. We got a very deep well so ice cold really good water out of the tap. And if I am in town eating I will grab a soda. So now down to at the most 2 sodas a week.
Good luck sir. Changing your diet and eatting habits is hard thing to do.

I eat dark chocolate, organic yoghurt and almonds almost every day. I also love popcorn (full of fibre). Only drink tonic water or regular water. I can't live without fruit!! Apples, raspberries and blueberries are my favs. And I eat all kinds of vegetables; don't really have a favourite. As for meat, I'll eat anything besides lamb and fish.

Will try to buy fresh strawberries into freezer for the winter. Decided to take a step in destroyng my alcoholism. From this day 'til christmas, I'll be 150 days sober. I'm 100% sure I'm able to change my diet now that I can actually afford it! Will give an update inside a month.

Roughly 3.000 calories a day, mostly "clean", a few staples I eat pretty much every day, making up about half to 2/3 of my calories: 1) A porridge with dark chocolate, chocolate whey (I get it extra cheap from a guy named M. Elgin) and sour cherries, 2) a kind of burrito bowl with kidney beans, corn, shredded chicken, guacamole and some kind of hot sauce of salsa, 3) a bowl of Magerquark (comparable to fat free cream cheese) with berries and whipped cream. Besides that, I vary a bit, but I can eat pretty much everything at every time. E. g., every wednesday and sunday I have a plate of soused herring and potato salad for breakfast. About five minutes between waking up and eating those roughly 900 calories. Thing is: Three hours later I'm hungry again. And again. And again. And again. A frame of 167 cm, but a black hole for a stomach.
