So I’m gonna be at Disney world Tuesday- Thursday this week. I’ve never been. Where should I eat each day. Magic Kingdom Tuesday, Epcot Wednesday, Holly wood studios Thursday. So what kinda suggestions.

Well, if you're looking for a fun experience with pretty okay food and great dessert, Be Our Guest at the Magic Kingdom is cool.
Good luck getting a reservation on it though.
EPCOT, I highly recommend just eating everything everywhere you can as opposed to picking a sit down restaurant, though the hibachi place is good.
Hollywood, the Sci-Fi restaurant is cute.

Wherever you're not supposed to! Stick it to the man!
More seriously, I always wanted to try the Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater Restaurant in Hollywood Studios.

If you have to pick one place at Epcot, I recommend the German restaurant. Excellent beer as well.

In my 5 trips to Disney World never ate in the parks. Would always leave and go eat someplace outside the parks. Mostly cause of how pricey the food was in side Disney World.

Magic Kingdom kinda sucks for food. I’d recommend hitting up the Contemporary since you’re right there and going to Steakhouse 71. Epcot Food and Wine Festival just started so you’re best off hitting up the booths. I’d swing and use Touring Plans to see if they could nab a last minute reservation for 50s Prime Time Cafe in Hollywood Studios..

It's pretty typical theme park food in most of Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, and Animal Kingdom. EPCOT, especially the World Showcase is where it's at though. So many great choices for snacks, casual, and sit down dining there from all over the world. Just make sure you try for a reservation for anything more involved than fast casual.
If you're a Star Wars fan, it's worth checking out the options at Galaxy's Edge at Hollywood Studios. Though more for the spectacle of Star Wars themed foods and drinks (like a Coke bottle that kinda looks like a thermal detonator with the logo written in an alien language) than outstanding food quality.
Oh while not in the parks proper, there's a lot of great options at the hotels and Disney Springs.

As a New Yorker, Via Napoli has good pizza.
Mostly you're eating for the experience in Disney. 50's prime time Cafe in Hollywood Studios is great if you need a laugh.

Remember to pack a poncho. A cheap one from Walmart will do.
Orlando weather can turn on a dime, rain buckets, then be normal in less than 5 minutes.
You don't want to get soaked on price when you're caught inside the park with no personal cover.

Did you get a Lightning Lane pass? Those are very helpful for selecting rides that you can cut the wait time in line

I so hope to take part in one of those sometime, but not while there is still a very virulent strain of the pandemic spreading around more or less unchecked. I may be vaccinated and boosted, but it's been a while since either and I have a condition that reduces my lung capacity. Having said all of that, I love Epcot in particular. The Japanese pavilion had the most delicious pear sake I've ever had (bonus for it being a really pretty purple). I also sampled a bunch of beers until my wife cut me off and they all were quite good.

Yeah, the food at Galaxy's Edge is terrible (at least what I tried), but the ambiance is really nice. Granted, I might have actually enjoyed the Green Milk had I gotten the alcohol version but my wife gave me one of those looks that made me elect not to (fyi, the non-alcoholic version is ass).
