I remember a thread a few weeks ago pondering if Wrestlemania 40 would continue the 20 and 30 trend of having a workhorse technical guy go over in the main event and get a big career ascension out of it, and I think now that the show is booked by a man who was involved in both of those situations really makes that a more pressing kind of interest. Philly would definitely be a city where you could run that kind of thing and have it play out.

Philly would definitely be a city where you could run that kind of thing and have it play out. The current question marks over WWE's overall direction are also relevant to that proposition. Start getting the pieces in place now, and it could be a really good way to engender goodwill in the new creative regime. |

Dennis walking around in tights just to show off his body. Charlie actually getting in the ring (likely in his green suit). Dee hitting on every single wrestler and getting rejected. Frank telling stories as a promoter and trying to sell ideas. Day Man and Night Man in the main event. |
