I had to google who Omos and Theory are in WWE. Then I went to WWE roster page to see what the heck is going on there in 2022. That roster is loaded with awful gimmicks, Damien Demento would probably own half the roster spots if he was present.

Jim Duggan in 1990. Beat Boss Man by DQ at Rumble, beat Bravo at WrestleMania, teamed with Volkoff to beat Orient Express at Summerslam, and the team he was on won at Survivor Series.

Boss Man in 1991. Beat Barbarian at the Rumble, beat Perfect by DQ at Mania, bbeat Mountie at Summerslam, and his team won at Survivor Series. He wasn't at Tuesday in Texas but that was just a one off PPV that wasn't one of the big 4/5.

He came super close twice, he won all 4 in a row but it's Wrestlemania 5 - Rumble 90, then Summerslam 90 - Summerslam 91.

In both cases they count. Even though he lost in the finals of the tournament Razor still won two matches on the PPV. With the Survivor Series if your team wins it still counts as a win even if you got eliminated. Like for example with Duggan in 1990 if you look up the result listings anywhere for the 1990 Survivor Series it will say Hulk Hogan, Big Boss Man, Jim Duggan, and Tugboat defeated Earthquake, Dino Bravo, Haku, and The Barbarian. It doesn't say Hogan defeated all four opponents because he was the only survivor.
