Just watched this, I enjoy Tom Scott and obviously I enjoy wrestling, so that was a good fun combo. I really appreciated someone so outside of wrestling (and I guess most of his audience are too) showing some of what goes on, what it's all about, what training looks like, and all that stuff. It's an insight that not many would seek out, and Tom's pretty good at bringing stuff to his audience, especially since launching the Tom Scott plus channel. Really made me properly smile. {Spoiler}I couldn't help thinking somebody must've showed him a tape of William Regal or something when he did the chair stealing spot at the end. He acted that really well, and it sounded exactly like I would expect someone doing that spot would sound. |
