I've always wanted to see a scenario in a ladder match where somebody is about to unlatch the belt or MITB briefcase, but then another wrestler knocks out the ladder under him, but the guy decides to unlatch it anyway, falling to the mat but winning the match. I know it's possible to do this in video games. If there was a safe way to pull this off (maybe the wrestler who falls is caught by another wrestler), it would be a pretty cool spot.

I think the closest is when Shane got on Vince's shoulders to grab the briefcase at KOTR 99.
