Can’t wait for Crushing It With Johnny Ace and Conrad Thompson Or Johnny Ace's Last Match where he teams up with Andrade to face Jeff Jarrett and Jay Lethal.

What a day for women's wrestling. It's gone from starting to regress 15+ years to having a bright future in a couple of weeks.
Selfishly I'd prefer to see some of them wrestle elsewhere but it's undeniably more important WWE leads the way with a strong women's division.

While I'm glad he's gone, I wish he wasn't still getting a golden parachute out of this. So it's a pyrrhic win at best. That's not what a pyrrhic victory is. It's not what he deserves but it's a huge win for the company and frankly the entire industry having him out of there. Hopefully Dunn follows.

I'm glad he's gone. He never should have been hired in the 1st place, what with him being dead since 1954.

For everyone saying Dunn, I noticed this last paragraph from HHH’s discussion:
Hopefully this is just a boilerplate statement to make it look like there’s stability instead of just mass firings, but it’s not like Dunn’s going to be out the door tomorrow.

It’s so sad when good people lose their jobs. Good thing then that Johnny Ace lost his. Now just get Kevin Dunn out of there next. Dunn ain't going anywhere. Triple H name dropped him in OP's link "The intent is to continue the legacy of what has been going on, what made me fall in love with this business that he created, and to take it to new levels. To take it beyond where it is now. The only way we're going to do that is with a team. That's with Steph[anie McMahon], that's with Nick Khan, that's with myself, that's with Kevin Dunn, that's with everybody that is here, that is with all this talent. We have the greatest, hardest-working talent in the world. I have no doubt in mind, with this team, we can do it," he added.

Momma always told me that if I didn't have anything nice to say, not to say anything at all
But I never really listened to her about much, f*** Johnny Ace

What a day for women's wrestling. It's gone from regressing back 15+ years to having a bright future in a couple of weeks. Selfishly I'd prefer to see some of them wrestle elsewhere but it's undeniably more important WWE leads the way with a strong women's division. WWE is still the biggest promotion and still a major tastemaker in a lot of ways. Them putting a strong foot forward with women's wrestling has a strong effect on the business as a whole. I'm not saying it's all thanks to WWE that New Japan feels they need a women's title to present stateside due to western audiences expecting less gender-segregated wrestling, but the perception of women's wrestling was long a 'piss break match' even while SHIMMER and SHINE were cult forces proving it could be more. Hell, even after TNA proved with the early Knockouts division what it can be. When the biggest name in the industry follows that example, it benefits women's wrestling throughout the business. That credibility alone does a lot. Conversely, downplaying them and giving up on them and turning them back into eye candy is a good way to let the people who hate women's wrestling and want to bury it all the time think they've won and give them "proof" it can't draw or whatever.
