I liked the two roundtable discussions. Jeff makes a good moderator. King obviously steals the show with his larger than life personality and stories. Jimmy is good too but doesn't have as much to say. Dutch seems like just an extra. Maybe he had more to say and it was cut but he just doesn't have the personality as the other guys. Jerry Jarrett was the sleeper for me. I'm embarrassed to say I really only know he is Jeff's father, was a promoter, was most likely slated to take over for Vince and of course Bruce makes the guy look like a doofus with a stupid chicken salad skit. Jerry had great stories and it was really enjoyable listening to him. It's awesome that he and Jeff are working together at this stage in their lives.

Before and during the pandemic, i came across a bunch of uswa compilation videos on Amazon Prime that spanned certain years.
One of those was the Jos LeDuc axe angle and him throwing Lawler over the top and onto the table.
As well as Gilbert running down Lawler in the parking lot with his car.
This was the first I've heard of Galente's eyebeing fully popped out though.
The Kaufman episode didn't uncover anything new.

I mean, Jerry is 80 years old by now and I don't know if he had any medical issues, but since around like 2000 he evidently became a much slower talker. But, like I said, the guy is not the youngest anymore, and still I'm glad they had him at the table. I mean, you talk about Memphis, you gotta get The King and you gotta get Jarrett, if you can.

Jerry did a shoot interview a couple years ago with I believe Hannibal and it's a very insightful interview. I dunno how much is legitimately true since he clearly has a lot of hatred towards Dixie but he has a lot of good stories. I do kind if wish they went into a bit more as there were a lot of interesting characters in Memphis but it seemed like they held back a bit.

It may have been the shoot interview with Hannibal, not sure, but he addressed the chicken salad thing. He said so many people were coming up to him speaking about it but he had no clue what they meant until they mentioned Bruce. He pretty much shrugged it off and said, "I do like chicken salad. It's delicious."

I'm gonna check out the AWA episode tonight and play the "Greg Gange takes credit for something he didn't do" drinking game. We'll see how long I last.

The AWA one was surprisingly really good. Maybe shouldn't say surprisingly but I wasn't really looking forward to it but really enjoyed it

Watched the 3 episodes tonight
Lawler bragging about beating up handcuffed fans backstage was certainly a thing (I get the fans tried to get at them but once they’re handcuffed…..)
That Mario Galento story was wild
The Jarrett/Mantell Smithsonian thing was unique
Randy Savage was always unhinged I guess
Kaufman even I knew 99% of it, but I still love to hear it
As chrom said……That Mad Dog story is just damn
