….releases. (Yes, you read that right.) www.youtube.com/watch?v=ugfEqKM9zg4I’m actually thinking that since this set is homebrewn it probably is 100% faithful to the original release complete with original music (unlike some of the home videos that was uploaded to the Network in 2018.)

Anybody know where to actually get this? That’s literally every comment on the YouTube video.

I do know who sells these but I think he likes to keep it low. I have gotten the WCW Home Video set from him. They are direct recordings from the original VHS's (adverts and all).

So I guess that confirms the fact that his home brew set is 100% faithful to the original and unlike the Network versions there are no changes like different music. The only positive change that the Network does have is that it’s in HD. Not to sure if the home brew set is in HD.

I got it from the same individual years ago and he prefers to keep a low profile from what I can remember.

Most of it was probably filmed on videotape, which as far as I know, can't be converted to true HD.

Another thing is that unlike a few of the Network releases, the home brew copies don’t have missing footage. The Network does for a few of them and they tell you at the start that some of the footage is missing possibly due to damage.

I'd be all about that set too. Granted, half the interest for me is the nostalgia of the actual tapes, but I'd still grab that bluray in a heartbeat.

I want this so bad. If anyone has a lead on it, I’d love to know.

I'd kill to have like 1996-99 WCW PPVs on Blu-Ray or even DVD. WWE has owned the rights for over 20 years and the best we got is like a best of Starrcade compilation and some DVDs for the likes of Goldberg/NWO/Sting. I always wanted full PPVs though. Surely they would have sold decently if properly promoted. Now with the network though it will never happen.

That track is called "Enigma" from De Wolfe Music found by DeadmanMinistry ages ago. I did 20 years back decide to try and find a ton of the Coliseum Video music myself and did find quite a few

That snitch needs to take that video down. The person who makes them specifies that they don't want them shared on socials or signed. They're low profile for a reason.

Surely they would have sold decently if properly promoted. Now with the network though it will never happen. In the UK when Silvervision still had the rights we had that glorious run of Tagged Classics where all of the old WWF ppvs were released unedited as a direct port of the original VHS. They had just started to do profiles and other releases when they lost the rights. I am pretty sure they had every intention of doing WCW ppvs as part of that range so it was a huge shame.
