Not including managers, referees or commentators - what's the oldest pay-per-view from any company where everybody who wrestled on the card is still alive?
I mean the actual card/PPV broadcast and NOT dark matches or Sunday Night Heat / Network Pre-Show / etc.

To get the ball rolling, I offer up No Mercy 2008.
Dark Match: The Colóns (Carlito and Primo) defeated John Morrison and The Miz Matt Hardy (c) defeated Mark Henry (w/ Tony Atlas) to retain the ECW Championship (8:08) Beth Phoenix (c) defeated Candice Michelle to retain the WWE Women's Championship (4:40) Rey Mysterio defeated Kane by disqualification (10:10) Batista defeated John "Bradshaw" Layfield (5:18) The Big Show defeated The Undertaker by knockout (10:04) Triple H (c) defeated Jeff Hardy to retain the WWE Championship (17:01) Chris Jericho (c) defeated Shawn Michaels in a Ladder Match to retain the World Heavyweight Championship (22:20)

I’ll open the betting at something less than 12 years ago, but I’m open to being pleasantly surprised

That’s good 👍

One Night Stand 2007 maybe?
Rob Van Dam v Randy Orton CM Punk, Sandman & Tommy Dreamer v Elijah Burke, Matt Striker & Marcus Cor Von Jeff & Matt Hardy v Charlie Haas & Shelton Benjamin Mark Henry v Kane Bobby Lashley v Vince McMahon Candice Michelle v Melina Edge v Batista John Cena v Great Khali
Benoit was a lumberjack in the Henry/Kane match and Umaga was in Vince's corner but neither actually wrestled.
Actually, I found an older one. Vengeance 2005:
Carlito v Shelton Benjamin Victoria v Christy Hemme Kane v Edge Shawn Michaels v Kurt Angle John Cena v Chris Jericho v Christian Batista v Triple H

Edge v Christian Scotty 2 Hotty v Hurricane Big Show v DDP Dudley Boyz v APA v Hardy Boyz William Regal v Tajiri Chris Jericho v Kurt Angle Lita & Torrie Wilson v Molly Holly & Stacy Keibler Steve Austin v The Rock

After going backward about 3 years through WCW PPV's, I'm convinced that there isn't one where everyone is still alive.

I'm not sure there's any for WCW.

I guess any shows without Undertaker had only alive people in the matches, but I'd have to double check.
