What if Luger embarrassed JR and Alexa Bliss, who were wearing business attire after he stripped them both to their underwear and burned their regular clothes so as to absorb their powers, and- How would Luger staying with the fed affect HBK in '97? Actually, how would Luger look in the slightly pre-attitude era WWF? Black tights "Total Package" Lex Luger would be right at home. Smiling draped in American Flag Lex Luger would be lame af. |

And it's not like Bulldog hadn't been in WCW relatively recently, more recently then Luger in fact, so I don't think him showing up would be a huge development.
