Yeah, just keeping it 100 here, but the only time Big Show's booking actually worked was when he was ironically beat to shit, overweight, and had to work a much slower style as ECW champ. There were a few times where they seemed to get it... the initial Brock feud was done masterfully, unfortunately his credibility was shot. There was a time in, I believe 04, where he returned like 3 weeks before he was scheduled to and destroyed the entire Smackdown roster. And of course they fumbled it. I don't think it helped in the Brock feud that he was walking around in ugly pants with that stupid buzzed hair looking like the world's largest gay trucker.

^ I actually dug the pants...but they should have changed his look a little more. Some of those singlets looked ridiculous.

Big Show's booking was usually terrible. The guy had like three or four turns just a little over a year into his WWE career. I mean literally the first thing he did was interfere in a match where he accidentally helped Steve Austin win.

Looking back, I think he should have been the mole instead of Angle. For one, he had more of a connection to WCW than Angle did. Two, you could have easily justified his turn as he wasn't being used much. He could have turned on WWE for not being used as their biggest weapon. Finally, given his affinity for turning from face to heel all the time, it would have made sense. Though, I would have had him turn on WWE much longer than a month before Survivor Series.

Big Show together with Haku, Earthquake and Kamala should have defected and make a semi Dungeon of Doom reunion. Quake was Long gone by the Invasion. Not completely impossible though. He worked a dark match within weeks of Winner Take All. www.youtube.com/watch?v=IfpTylKeHsM

Was they pretty unhappy with him in '00 and '01 for his weight issues, he got send to one of the development territories in August 2000 and I assumed his lame booking 2001 attributed to all of this

Wasn't the "mole" Paul Heyman? There were multiple moles Heyman was "the mole" though. Everyone thought it was Test, but it was Heyman.

Watching the Invasion play out for the first time since I made it to 2001 Raw in my watch through. Yeah, I’m in disbelief that the one time they don’t turn Show is when it would have made perfect sense and given the Alliance a much needed heavy hitter
