Great stuff, got to watch the 10/9/88 show where Randy Savage defends the WWF Title against Dino Bravo. I'm guessing Dino got the match as he was real big up in Canada as a draw even if it wasn't the most exciting match bell to bell.

Great stuff this month - I really wish they'd upload more arena shows.

In this match, not at all as Randy got the bigger pop in Toronto. LMAO. f***ing Dino Bravo. The other Toronto show that aired from 7/24/1988 features a good match with Savage vs. DiBiase in a rematch from Wrestlemania 4 which was miles better than this one with Dino.

In this match, not at all as Randy got the bigger pop in Toronto. LMAO. f***ing Dino Bravo. He was the worst, the absolute worst. That being said, over or not, they did try to push him big at these shows. I still remmeber the Apter mags covering the Toronto show where he caused Hulk Hogan to be stretchered out.

I thought he was over in Quebec and Alberta, but in Toronto he wasn't as popular because he was the rival promotion in Canada that had a promotional war between two companies.

Just finished watch the March one. Pretty boring show other then the main event. The Muraco/Steele against Gang/Reed match in particular was pretty bad. It was interesting towards the end of Gang and Reed plowed into Steele with a double clothesline resulting in I think the only time I've seen the Animal take a bump. Then afterwards Steele kept screwing around outside the ring teasing using the steps and not getting into position for the finish resulting in Gang and Reed having to stall for time by slowly punching Muraco for like two minutes straight before Steele finally got where he needed to be. Being an older guy who didn't like to bump I wonder if Steele was pissed about the double clothesline and that maybe they hit him too hard so he did that no purpose to screw with them. At one point during the main event Virgil was beating down Hogan which was pretty surreal to see. Bam Bam getting the pin instead of Hogan was surprising even if it was on Virgil. Seemed like they really had big plans for Bam in late 87/early 88 with how hard they were pushing him. The wheels really fell off quick for him during that run. Motherf***ing Dino Bravo always getting good spots. lol was he at least over in Canada? Bravo supposedly was very over in Montral as that's where he was from. Usually anytime they had cards there they would put him in high profile matches to cater to them.

Nope it was Montreal, it was one of the French speaking territories. If I remember right he was part of their popular territory over there which was at war with the one in Toronto
