Logan, along with many other foreigners, take advantage of Act 22, a law put in place to attract foreign companies to come into the island and establish branches there and receive tax exceptions if they create jobs to the locals. It doesn't help things that Logan lives in Dorado Beach, one of the richest neighborhoods in the island, and essentially gets to do whatever he wants within the laws of Puerto Rico, even benefiting from tax laws as long as he employs a few locals as a way to justify himself in front of the law, at a time when Puerto Ricans feel like foreigners are coming over and kicking them out of their homes so they can pay less taxes and bring their buddies over while tanking the value of the terrain they have so they can set the market value... so yeah... Logan should shut up about this. Bad Bunny fans don't mess around.
