The following episode of Impact is probably the worst episode of wrestling I've ever seen.

The following episode of Impact is probably the worst episode of wrestling I've ever seen. Wasn't that Eric talking for an hour in yhe ring? And basically having to explain everything in the build up to the fans? Man, there's a guy who should teach AEW to tell real stories!

Heel Jeff Hardy could have been so money. I really liked the character and the theme music but Jeff was a mess at this point.

it was interesting.....
until the rest TNA show where there literally no wrestling and over an hour was spent explaining how Jeff's turn made sense
(it didn't)

Heel Jeff Hardy could have been so money. He was their biggest face, so turning him heel made no sense financially. The dude was also strung out, but TNA looked the other way because he was a ratings draw until Victory Road 2011.

I just love the fact they are posing with a "There Here" sign so proudly despite the obvious error.
to the point I always wondered if that sign was planted and they were just that incompetent.

Followed by you guessed it MORE TALKING there were 4 matches that night.... only one of them went over 4 minutes... and the 4th match that was almost 10 minutes actually took place almost entirely on Reaction... which not every market got...

Shoutouts to the WE HAVE TO TAKE CONCUSSIONS IN SPORTS MORE SERIOUS storyline at the beginning of 2011 with Immortal, Matt Morgan, and Mr Anderson for being the absolute worst concussion angle to ever do it. Dude who literally does a big boot as his finish can't bare the shame of possibly further concussing Mr Anderson or anyone else but still does the big boot, including IN TO THE f***ING RING POST.

I remember that episode of Impact. I was very bored during the neverending Immortal bullshit that I decided to see how many headwall emojis I could fit in an MSN Messenger window. I had several hundred going when I accidentally hit enter and hadn't reached any character limit.
To add to the "hilarity", that was also the J-Woww episode of Impact, where they tried to get a bit of crossover hype going only to have her stuff pushed back by the aforementioned neverending Immortal bullshit so that it was competing with the season premiere of Jersey Shore instead of airing before it. They got no benefit from it as a result.

Scott Steiner and Bully Ray as a buddy comedy duo was the best thing Immortal put out in to the world. Seriously those segments are still hilarious.

Hadn't he also just done an angle where he kept boasting about having concussed someone like directly before it?

My favorite part of the story is when Fourtune pretended to be the last line of defense against Immortal, only for them all to laugh and start hugging, even though the crowd was eating up the idea of Fourtune as the heroes.
Pure, unfiltered Bischoff-Russo idiocy. Mrs. Russo and Mrs. Bischoff should've gotten out of the way, Vince and Eric were made for each other.

And then they had to do it anyway later on, when Kevin Nash and Booker T opted for a Royal Rumble payday at the last minute when they were supposed to come back and reform the Main Event Mafia. It was good for a last minute thrown together plan, but it also wrecked the storylines that Beer Money and Kazarian were in as heel tag and X-Division champs respectively.

It wasn't just the pay that made Nash decide to enter the Royal Rumble. He asked for Immortal to look strong, instead TNA had Crimson take out Abyss.
