I'm lazy too so I'm copying this from elsewhere..
I got a bug up my butt and decided to get another tattoo.. I wasn't sure what I wanted. Went to the tattoo parlor and was looking around at some stuff. I was thinking something along the lines of a triple crescent
But I couldn't figure out where to put it. It's a wiccan symbol that means ... something or another. So, as we were there shopping at the parlor I became aware that they could cover over tattoos. I've been unhappy with mine for a while.. one of those "young dumb kid" things I got at the fair.
Yes, a peace sign with a bullet hole in it. I wanted the smiley face with the bullet hole in it but they didn't have the pattern for that, so I figured this gave the same message "F off" *sigh* So, as we were looking at something to cover my current tat with I knew I wanted something Native American / Tribal. Simon drew me up an ankle bracelet with a bunch of Indian feathers on it to cover up the peace sign.. I liked it very much so was set to go with that. Sallie, who went with me to get hers done, was still looking so I nebbed through some of the books there and saw.. *gasp* a horse tattoo. Well, gee... so I asked Simon if I could get a horse head in there with the feathers and he was very open to that. Sallie made mention of the ones I have and he suggested bringing in pictures of mine so I could get a custom job done. I went sentimental and dug up some pictures of Chipper *sniffle* When she decides to cross the bridge, I'm going to get a little memorandum banner by the tattoo.. so *drumroll*
Here's my new tattoo
I don't remember my last one hurting as bad as this one did. Guess the folks at the fair don't set the ink quite as deep. I hit one point where I was just sweating mutzies.. they said I went green and looked like I was about to pass out. *grumbles* I just had a hot flash dammit !!
PS: Teq & Ginger (my other two horses) are going further up my calf once I get over the pain of this one LOL
Here are the pictures he used to shade and color her head
