Batista is the only one who actually does any acting. Rock plays the Rock. Cena plays Cena.

For an Academy award? It'd be Bautista, likely. He is the most adventurous with his role choices.

Cena was really good in Peacemaker. He stands the best chance

Peacemaker shows Cena is the better actual actor of them, but Batista’s wide range of work means he is more likely to land in the type of films considered for acting awards. If Cena starts branching out into more films that let him actually act, he’ll lap Batista.
However…outside of acting? The Rock probably beats them to the punch. How? He ends up producing a film nominated for Best Picture(The Rock seems most likely of the three to get into producing films, imo).

If Cena starts branching out into more films that let him actually act, he’ll lap Batista. Pretty much this. Big Dave is not a great actor, but he's got great range and has established strong working relationships with the likes of Denis Villeneuve, Ridley Scott, Sam Mendes, and Rian Johnson, whose movies are always in the running for Oscar nominations. Cena has the potential to be a fantastic actor, as he's clearly incredibly driven to improve his craft. The big question will be whether he can break out from the comedic douchebag role he's thus far excelled in. Dwayne simply isn't an actor any more, he's an entertainer. For a while he made a real go of it, but didn't find real success until he realised people want The Rock. So that's just what he is now – The Rock on-screen and an incredible hype machine off-screen.

Batista is the best of the three and the only one that really tries to act. Now I think Batista at times gives himself too much credit as a actor but he is still a good actor and also as it has been pointed out, he is the only one that does prestigious movies that would get considered for a Oscar.

If we're just talking Oscars, probably Dave but if we count Emmys I could see Rock or Cena getting one. Rock for producing a show like Ballers or Young Rock and Cena for Peacemaker sometime.

Big Dave is the best actor of the 3 and the one who seems most comfortable doing things outside his comfort zone so if any of them are ever considered for it I'd be surprised if it wasn't him.

Cena and Batista have more range than Dwayne, as magnetic as Dwayne is. If Rock ever tries to grab the specialty box office again, it’ll be years later after he’s had his fill of big budget tent pole material. Like I see Dave or John starring in an A24 type production before Rock.

For *nominated* I think it'll be The Rock. He's made Hollywood too much money. A nomination for his first big dramatic turn is a matter of "when" not "if."
Now, in terms of *winning* that's probably going to be Batista as Cena is just now taking flight in the action and comedy realms and Batista's role choices are more in the Oscar realm. Both are definitely capable of it though.
