Have the missing matches from the early Halloween Havocs on the Network been restored? No. I've been waiting for them to upload the full version of Halloween Havoc 90 since the day the network launched in 2014. I watched HH 90 last night and it's still the 2 hour Turner hatchet job. 🤬 As far as I know this is the only WCW PPV on the network that is like this. The in ring action still holds up. In particular the tag matches, except for the Freebirds. That was my bathroom break match. The hokeyness of the Black Scorpion is fun nostalgia if you grew up on it. If you didn't you would understandably think it was the dumbest thing you've ever seen. And the end of the main event is confusing as hell, although still nowhere near as confusing as the end of Halloween Havoc 99. This is still one of my favorite shows to rewatch. Interesting. Are any other WCW events missing matches from the pay-per-view broadcast?

Have the missing matches from the early Halloween Havocs on the Network been restored? JYD vs. Moondog Rex has randomly been on Youtube for awhile.

89 is great for the simple fact that Muta becomes a human fire extinguisher.

I like the original three, mostly for nostalgic reasons.
'89 because it's WCW Freakin' 1989. Flair/Sting vs. J-Tex is still going on. Steiners/Doom had an interesting story. LOD/Skyscrapers seemed cool at the time. Luger/Pillman is a hidden gem.
'90 gets the Halloween theme right, right down to orange ring ropes. The two tag team title matches are very good. Midnight Express gets their last hurrah in a decent match. The (original) fake Sting thing was interesting.
'91...felt like the start of a WCW post-Flair comeback, if nothing else. The LHW division was started. So was the Dangerous Alliance. Taylor/Eaton is a hidden gem. Chamber of Horrors just to see the crappy legend, and to B-movie watch. (1992 on the other hand was said comeback starting to fizzle out, Watts reign included)
All the shows had lots of filler, especially the latter two, though.
And the Elvira ads!

Early 90s WCW doesn't get the love it deserves. Some of those storylines and character and matches were great. I'd rather watch a JYD/Rex match than most anything put out now. It's hard to compete with such a tight run ship like WWF but WCW did despite constant turmoil with executives coming in and leaving every few years until Bischoff took over.
