Didn't you hear Orlando's theme song? He was Simply the Greatest.

I think the idea of Bisexual Supervillain sounds awesome, and has some serious legs under it, but Orlando Jordan's ain't it. If Rhea Riplay was bi, she would be the best Bisexual Supervillain right now. f*** Orlando Jordan. Also f*** Aron Rex. Out of a cannon. f*** them out of a cannon. Rhea Ripley transcends sexuality. Rhea Ripley is a spirit you desperately try to summon to possess you.

Orlando Jordan's debut might hold a place in history as one of the first uses of the bi flag on relatively mainstream tv. For all the myriad flaws of the character as it developed, still think that's pretty neat. Also liked his Gaga-esque caution tape outfit and banger of a theme.
That's three positives, whereas I can't think of any for Rex.

Honestly, remembering both gimmicks gave me a bad hankering for falling asleep to block it out... But since we're talking about it...I'd say Orlando Jordan wins by only inches, but that's not saying much considering both wrestlers were below average in the ring and were mostly memorable for their gimmicks. In Jordan's case, his character was every "Depraved Bisexual" stereotype in the book (such as hugging a Rob Terry cut-out or trying to seduce SoCal Val, for instance), but the one silver lining is that he at least was legit bisexual. Sandow's Liberace cosplay gimmick was the last of Sandow's already dwindling popularity pretty much dying off. And as someone mentioned already, Sandow's heterosexual, which made the whole thing a subtle level of bad. Both were among some of the worst of LOLTNA, but Orlando at least had being legit in his orientation on his side. It's just a shame he & IMPACT thought making him a stereotype was the way to go. Yeah, like bisexual groping pervert gimmick is terrible but... at least the person doing it IS at least Bisexual? Instead of Rex's overt Liberace cosplay... complete with Spud dressed as Liberace's boyfriend (potentially a grooming victim from some news I read).

Just saying, both of them got title shots against John Cena but Orlando's the one that won.

Aron Rex because he was only months removed from his inexplicable shoot fighter man push to the Impact Grand Championship. I still can't believe that shit Ole boy was out of shape and you had Eddie Edwards put that man over and you turned Drew Galloway heel in the process. He was supposed to come in and be a no gimmick guy who got over on his wrestling and yet he was still out there holding the mic like Sandow

Except he did it in like 2016? It wasn't jsuit a tired trope b the time he did it, it was a f***ing dead one.

He got injured before they had him lose to Rex and then if I remember correctly he came back and feuded with Moose over the title and then left Rex came in like Sept, won the title and lost it in like a week and then disappeared coming back with Liberace gimmick

I still say that is the quickest I have ever seen someone lose their goodwill so fast. People were legit excited to see him get a chance to finally show what he can do and he cut one of the most tired and wack promos you can think of.

Yeah, we were in the live thread for that shit and it was an absolute crime of a moment. Dude destroyed every bit of good will he had in record time. f***ing speedran disappointment.

I mean his "Chauffeur" was 18 when they met so he was of legal age... but still creepy in he was older and his boss and this rich and famous musician so the power dynamic is all sorts of messed up.
