Yeah, Bianca and Becky are winning tonight. Rhea probably gets protected enough to get the title shot at The Rumble before a Beth match at 'Mania. Becky likely moves in to a feud with Bayley. Charlotte likely returns at the Rumble to win again, 30 years since her dad did, to challenge Ronda at 'Mania. My guess is Becky wins the Rumble to face Ronda while Charlotte wins the Elimination Chamber to face Bianca. Maybe, but I see WWE loving the idea of that '30 years since her dad did it' moment. Especially given Flair is saying he is gonna be there and knowing how HHHunter feels about them.

Though that does beg the question of how do you get both Becky and Charlotte over to the opposite brand to do that. What do they have Charlotte win the Rumble and Becky lose a âloser leaves Rawâ match

Yeah, Bianca and Becky are winning tonight. Rhea probably gets protected enough to get the title shot at The Rumble before a Beth match at 'Mania. I could see her taking the title in to that match, though I dont know where that leave Bianca for WM. Becky likely moves in to a feud with Bayley, crushing Io and Dakota every week. Charlotte likely returns at the Rumble to win again, 30 years since her dad did, to challenge Ronda at 'Mania. Yup. And Becky will likely crush Bayley as well. Because they aren't having Becky lose any sort of singles match before she faces Ronda imo. This is why I'm vocal about how poorly Iyo and Dakota are being portrayed. It's blatantly obvious that WWE management doesn't see them as actual main eventers, just warm bodies to big up the "actual stars", with the problem being that WWE isn't giving them any real chance to get over. It's a reason why I think Iyo should just go back to Japan at this point, because she's never going to reach the top of the company like she said she wanted to. And if you've followed Iyo's career, you'll know she's a pretty cynical person herself, and also is in the mindset that if she feels like a company isn't using her to the best of her abilities or she's being held down, she will jump ship. And realistically Iyo is never going to be used well because they'll just cycle among Bianca, Becky, Charlotte, Ronda, and maybe Rhea as the only real featured big main event women in the company going forward. That's not even mentioning the chilling effect it would have on WWE's potential global expansion into Japan that they want to do next year. Because if Iyo goes over and does a negative interview about her time in WWE (and again, she's not afraid of criticizing former companies), that pretty much kills any hopes of WWE establishing any sort of foothold into the country, as she's one of the most respected women's wrestlers over there, and her word carries a ton of weight. They are (and I cannot emphasize this enough) not giving Iyo or Dakota the chance to connect with audiences. They are just constantly fed to the faces and always being ran off. Never looking truly strong. Yes they are the tag champs, but they likely only are just because the titles are not prestigious and with the 24/7 title being retired, are now the most worthless titles in the company. In that same vein, Dakota and Iyo's booking is just another larger issue in how WWE portrays the women. Unless you are in the main event tier of women listed above, you aren't going to get any sort of real feuds, and will only really be used to put over those main event women. And the only way that you will actually find success outside of that is if the audience suddenly decides to get up in arms about the talent's booking. Because there is literally no midcard for the women's division. You are either in the title picture or being used as a way to big up the people WWE truly sees as stars.

Do we have to hear about how Iyo should go back to Japan every time she loses a match? Sheâs been on the main roster for such a short period of time and is a champion, and is involved in all of the main event womenâs angles, and now gimmick matches. Sheâs in a great spot and if they want to push her as a singles star in the next couple of years, she can easily transition to that too.

Tonight is one night I wish William Regal was still in WWE just so we can hear him go "WAR GAMES!!".

We won't get the actual numbers but I'm curious how the viewership for this show will do given there's so much going on in the sporting world plus it's a holiday weekend. It just doesn't feel like as big of a show as it should be. I think being only 3 weeks after their last big show also contributes to it.

Theory going to somehow win the US title. Maybe weâll get Brock kicking everyoneâs ass for him or something.

Only a 5 match card which I expected given how long the war games matches will be. I'm really looking forward to 4 of them. Then there's Ronda/Shotzi which has absolutely no interest at all for me.
Call me overly optimistic but I think the Bloodline finally take a loss here and it'll be disappointing if they don't. It's just too perfect for Sami to take the fall which starts the rest of the group questioning him like Jey already does before eventually they do the big turn on him in a month or two.
I'm not sure how the women's one will go. I see 3 fairly realistic scenarios. Becky pinning Bayley to get revenge for the injury angle. Rhea pinning Bianca to become no. 1 contender. Or Alexa turning on her team and causing them to lose. They've still been doing little teases that something is going to happen with her like the Uncle Howdy symbol flashing on the screen behind her during a promo a couple of weeks ago.

Yeah, KO has to force Sami to submit or surrender to open up the story some more.

My first exposure to wrestling was a VHS copy of Survivor Series 1990 and now, 30 years later, I finally get to experience Survivor Series live. So hyped!

It's matches like War Games that make me wish WWE (rarely) would use blood.

The Undertaker one man show was f***ing awful Out of curiosity, was it his delivery, the stories or what? I saw it in Philly and thought he did a pretty decent job.

Between errands being a mess, FAN being broken when I got home, and my struggling three different ways before I finally succeeded at ordering my DPW shirt, I'm almost worried to see what this show brings tonight lol

Opening for tonight's show featuring Ozzy Osbourne. This is REALLY fun. Makes this thing feel like it's important. Reminds me of 90's/early 2000's WWF intros in a good way.
