The current state of factors in WWE brought this to mind. This one perplexes me a little to this day because of his short lived it was and how little direction it had. So Eddie stares recruiting the WCW Luchadore fur sone sort of payback on Bischoff fur not using them on tv-but they never go after the NEO in any of its iterations. There was a brief hint of Konnan having against Eddie, accusing him of manipulating the luchadores for his own gain-that never went anywhere. Eddie recruits a reluctant Rey Mysterio against his will-and Rey ends up being the inky faithful one of the lot when the rest disavow Eddie in a single promo. I know this was probably derailed by the car accident these forever altered Eddie’s career, but my impression was they there simply was no long term plan for the LWO regardless. Anyone know better?

Ok since LWO was brought up,heard for years that WCW never sold LWO shirts. But back in 2001 buddy found at a close out store a LWO shirt. In a medium.
I got one now,but it was made by WWE.
So did WCW not make LWO shirts or did they make them and never sell them or just why is all the LWO shirts I see WWE and only that one from the close out store not WWE?

The lWo could have done big business if they had gone against the nWo instead of just being some fools that made Rey Mysterio wear that giant shirt. I think that Eddie was in a bad way though and since he was the focal point there was only so much that they were willing to do with it.

I remember them definitely being available at Hot Topic when the group was first around.

Eddie would have been doing the bumping, and Hogan did have interest in wrestling Pillman when he got hot, and later wrestled Kidman when he was a relatively hot commodity. I don't think he'd have been generous, absolutely not, but he wasn't against wrestling smaller guys on occasion if he thought they were over enough to be worth his time.

I'm shocked that a Fatal 4 Way match didn't happen between Hogan, Goldberg, Nash, and Raven solely based on the Revenge cover art. Did anyone ever sim that in a wrestling game to see who'd win (Though I'm pretty sure on who that would be, brother!)?
