You have five minutes in which to shop at a local grocery store, what do you fill you shopping cart with (you get as many as you need)?
I would grab plenty of cheese, butter, meat, laundry detergent and shampoo. I am constantly in need of these things and the quality stuff is not cheap.

It would depend on the store and what they carried. For instance a lot of stores around me would have cast iron cookware and crawfish pots. Get a few cart loads of those and sell them off for some decent money. Or you could fill a cart up with HBC. Cold/flu, pain relievers, and heartburn stuff could be resold for a decent amount.
If we dont go the resale route I would stock up on meat and seasonings. Meat can be frozen and seasonings last awhile. Most of the rest wont last long or we get at costco for decent prices already.

I'd ask them to extend the time limit if the winnings go to local charities (food banks/domestic abuse refuges/homeless charities. etc.) then grab what I could to split to said charities.
not because I'm a generous person, but it's the better option than me filling my house with stuff I dont need.

I'd probably adopt the Supermarket Sweep strategy of health & beauty stuff, because it can get pricey and getting my hands on the stuff I regularly use and need would be really helpful.

The giant hams, turkeys, diapers, and a bee-line towards any big inflatable products or stuffed mascots. Those are the bonuses!

I once watched a team stay in the H&B section the entire sweep and then win.

Rookie mistake: wasting time grinding the bag of coffee. The $100 just isn't worth the amount of time it takes.

Meat. I just start at one end with the fish and work my down the beef, turkey, chicken, and maybe the pork. Hams and Gatorade if I have a chance.
Then all I have to worry about getting is breads, veggies, and seasonings for awhile. It'd be nice.

A few expensive steaks then The super expensive wine. I'd never have enough time to grab the stuff I want. What do I plan to do with them? I'm not telling.
