I know the Bloodline stuff has overshadowed his work earlier this year with Knoxville. But man oh man, what a match this was.

One of the matches of the year for WWE, and that's not an exaggeration. Everything about this really hit the right notes.

Oh sweet, thanks. They've uploaded a fair few full matches including Austin Vs Owens and Cody Vs Seth which luckily for me make up the three matches I wanted to see from WWE this year. Guess I know what I'll be watching tomorrow.

I really think that match played a large part in where Sami is now.

Sami has been WWE’s MVP for 2022. From the Johnny Knoxville feud to this Bloodline stuff. He’s been killing it.

When he signed that new deal with WWE earlier this year. I remember many were hoping he could try to go to AEW and see what they can offer since he reached his ceiling in WWE.
What the WWE offered him to come back, now we know how incredible this offer was to sign with WWE again.

What a match. It’s exactly what you could want from a celebrity comedy match. It plays to Knoxville’s strengths and Sami’s strengths. A stand out match from a pretty great set of Mania shows
Oh. And when I was watching it live, when Wee-Man showed up and attacked Sami. My friend yelled “ADAM COLE IS BACK” and I nearly died

I really want, in some way shape or form, a Sami-Bayley interaction as they've really been the MVPs for the company from the start of the pandemic through now.

If this wasn't a perfect example of how to do silliness in wrestling the correct way, then I have no idea what is. I was in tears by the end of the match

I really think that match played a large part in where Sami is now. I would say since the Brock/Sami stuff from last year it basically has put him up there. I want to say Roman name dropped Sami around then as someone he wants to work with WWE really believed in him to give him the Knoxville match and he paid it off big time. Being there live at Mania, the crowd was fully entertained Sami is also really proud of the match and said on the Broken Skull Sessions it is up there with some of his favorite work ever

Becky v Bianca was probably the best Mania match but was it more fun that this? Of course not. Absolute home run match.

Loved it.
Probably the safest thing Knoxville has done on tv too lol.

Imagine if the match or rematch was Cinematic?
Could have used Catapults, cannons, trapped Zayn in a room with a bear... Those sort of things

If anyone asked me to give them a handful of matches that represents the "WWE style", this is one of the matches I'd give them.
It's "sports entertainment" at it's finest.
