"Why continue watching anything else?" is such an awkward-ass sentence that I feel it must have been written by Vince personally.

"Alcoholics" Then what pray tell is Austin chugging down three or four times a night? It sure wasn't apple juice. It was milk. Milkomania was running wild.

I don't see any Owen Hart logo on there. Top right hand corner. Thanks, I see it now. The logos are pretty cool to see. It must have been right before Wrestlemania, Barry Windham had already turned but LOD is noted as LOD not LOD 2000. Shawn Michaels and Honkytonk Man were still in the picture. Too Much wasn't a team yet. Vince was not Mr. McMahon and Mike Tyson was gone after Wrestlemania. The two pieces really come off like a typewritten version of the Billionaire Ted skits two years earlier.

I like how all the wrestlers had logos like it was a Metal Fest flyer or something

Why does Chyna have an exclamation point at the end of her name?

Like how it list "Old Age" as a con for WCW & "Youth" as a pro for WWE, while on the logo page it has the NWA logo

I can’t help but laugh my ass off at the poster with all of the wrestlers names and there’s like maybe 5 stars on it and then Tom Brandi, Kurrgan, New Midnight Express, etc. and Foley is on there three times. LMAO “WHY WATCH ANYTHING ELSE?” And a guy who had been with the company for two years having his name spelled wrong: Marc Mero.

I love that the logo for Rock is just "Rocky Sucks". That shows how early this is.

"Quality Pay Per Views" Hey, they're pretty good when you compare them to anything either company was doing in 1999.

Not to mention this was just around the time of that Road Warrior Hawk angle. Not quite. This flyer is early 1998, and was around the teased LOD split that resulted in LOD 2000. The Road Warrior Hawk addiction angle was mid to late 1998. If I really felt like it, I could probably scour the Cagematch results and nail down the exact week in either February or March that these flyers were printed.

"Quality Pay Per Views" I'd say WM14, Over the Edge 98, KOTR 98, Summerslam 98, and Breakdown were all decent to excellent PPVs (especially Summerslam, probably the best PPV of that year regardless of company). As for WCW, I havent seen most of them so I cant really comment, though Souled Out 98 was pretty good.

Am I just missing it or did they put a SummerSlam and In Your House sticker on the poster but didn’t bother to put Wrestlemania on ?

I hope this makes it way on podcasts. They should have left several names off and just had the main singles, teams or groups. Having 10-15 names that are rock bottom of the card waters down the stars. A late 1995 one when Nitro debuted would be pretty funny. You'd have Taker, Shawn, Razor, Diesel, Bret, Owen and then Savio, Make a Difference Fatu, Isaac Yankem, Mabel, Barry Horowitz, Rad Radford, Bob Holly. Mantaur and Man Mountain Rock don't make the cut as they were gone just a few months earlier. Or a 1994 one to correspond with the New Generation era and Hogan signing with WCW. The papers remind me of the NG commercial where they show the old and the new and have King and Piper main event the King of the Ring along with a commentary team with a combined age of 167. Vince has never been one to just gently accept competition. I doubt Target and Walmart or Home Depot and Lowes CEOs ever passed out any sort of flyers like these.

"Quality Pay Per Views" I'd take almost anyone of these shows over most of the crap we've gotten the last few years.

But I'd still argue it's enough in that area to count, even if it's far after the flyers were passed. Not to mention it was also a couple years after the Jake Roberts/Jerry Lawler feud that focused on Jake's alcoholism, so I can count that a little.

How was the WWF more fan friendly?
WCW had Nitro parties, Nitro Girls, DJ Ran getting all up in your area, and a cat/rat looking thing as a mascot.
