Usually I don’t give them much thought since they seem to be insane with commercials and put in annoying spots, and their layout is unattractive. But lately, I’ve been drawn in by them having certain shows I can’t find anywhere else.
Tubi. Only watch for city Guys. Not a bad experience actually. The commercials weren’t intrusive and only a few, and the site layout wasn’t too confusing.
I’ve been watching freevee/imdbtv (though really via Amazon prime free section) and I am impressed. They have shows leverage, leverage redemption (new airings), and burn notice. That’s enough to hook me, but judging by their commercials they have a surprisingly large amount of original content with semi relevant actors.
I hear so many good things about Pluto, but it feels like all those channels give me too many options and I don’t want to sift through all their channel listing to find a stream of shows playing continuously.
Did Crackle get any better?
Roku channel has a bunch of good stuff, the catch is that it only works on a Roku device. I mostly have chrome casts and smart tvs. My only Roku is very old and very slow and on one tv.

I'll use them occasionally if they have something I really want to watch on them.
I remember during the pandemic I decided to watch Jackie Chan Adventures on Crackle. They would have these three and a half minute long commercial breaks which, fine, you gotta pay the bills, but it was just the same thirty second ad for Trulicity over and over. How is playing the same ad over and over effective advertising? And why does a diabetes medication needs ads anyways?

In Australia we have this one called Plex which has its own content but also tells you what’s on other streaming services if you search a title. Sort of like Tubi combined with JustWatch . It also has live channels which I guess is like Pluto TV .. one of the channels is the Impact Wrestling Channel. No MST3K thought (their twitch channel is region blocked here) .. Not really checked out a lot of their selection, I got it cause I saw they had those Ashens movies on there. I like Tubi, they have most of the Gamera films on there.. and in their original Japanese cuts.

I'm on Pluto fairly frequently, mostly for old Doctor Who episodes.

Tubi has a pretty substantive horror collection. There's plenty of cheapo CGI nonsense but you can find some classics and fun obscure drive-in stuff if you're willing to look.

I adore Tubi's selection of no-budget horror, sci-fi, and martial arts movies. I watch those way more often than anything on any of the pay sites I subscribe to.
I miss the 007 channel on Pluto. That was always my go-to when I couldn't think of anything else to watch.

I've only ever watched Freevee, it was pretty decent. I still have more on there I'd like to watch (It has Lost and Lupin the Third's Fujiko season) but I never have a lot of time to stream things.

tubi though there's not as much interesting in the Canadian version. Pluto got better but is also lacking a lot of stuff.

Pluto and Tubi get the most watch out of me. Pluto cuz as the last time I'm looking it's got all five seasons of New Zealand show the tribe. And to be just like walking through the horror section of the mom and pop video store in the '80s you never know what you're going to find.

I'll watch the MLB Channel on Pluto from time to time because dagnammit sometimes you want to watch Game 3 of the 1985 ALCS.
