Itβs a shame the Lions will be sitting at home next weekend, those guys have got some real fight in them, theyβre peaking at the right time, and they wouldβve been a tough out even for the 49ers in Wild Card Weekend. Reminds me of the NBA Bubble Season Suns... just unfortunate

Game was so rigged, the team that was "supposed to lose" won.

It's the second time he's done this: At what point is this on Matt LaFluer for not getting him under control? Walker obviously is a moron with issues. He's the new Ndamukong Suh.

I'm hoping that the Steelers guys gets fined for that CPR celebration too. I doubt that it was anything malicious, but how dumb do you have to be to do that this week!?

Buffalo earned the right to control their destiny for the one seen until a player almost died and they handed it to a team they beat in their own house.
I will not forget.
I will NEVER forgive

One last point... so the Lions win a great game and the cameras and story focus on Rodgers and the Packers the entire time. It was like 5 minutes after the game ended before they talked about the Lions.
And Packer Fans wonder why the entire NFC North hates them. It's been this way for 20+ years. The media has been slurpping packer titty for so long that it's going to be hilarious when the Packers crash back down to normal and suddenly start crying because they are no longer special.
Collinsworth was so embarrassing last night for how much he was praising Rodgers even when the dude was just chucking 50/50 balls and praying

That was Mike Tirico on Sunday Night Football, not even two minutes after the game went final. So yeah, I don't blame anyone for being a little frustrated with how pro-Packers the coverage was.

While that's bad and Lions fans have every right to be pissed, it's nothing compared to the absolute slobbering that Tony Romo did for the Bills yesterday. I'm not stupid, the Bills were going to be the story, and they're destiny's darlings after last week's events. They should be. However, Romo was willing any call that may have been 50/50 to go Buffalo's way, laughed off a missed offsides, did his best Bobby Heenan on a clear PI that wasn't called and sounded crushed when the Patriots recovered the late muffed punt. He may as well have sung "Let's go Buff-a-lo" along with the crowd following any of their TDs His first year or so on the booth was tremendous. The second he signed the new deal at CBS, he became a babbling, screaming cartoon. He sucks and any game I watch with him in the booth is going on Mute going forward

He sucks and any game I watch with him in the booth is going on Mute going forward I say this as a Viking's Fan that wouldn't mind seeing my brotherly Bills win it all to escape the hell that is "you are historically good but because you haven't won this one singular game people openly mock you like you are Marty Jannetty": I get serious post-Katrina Saint's vibes from the media coverage and official NFL coverage of the Bills. Yes something bad happened. My gripe isn't with that. My gripe is how everybody else is framed like a villain for daring to try and beat you on the field. I wouldn't be shocked if the Bills get some shady ref calls and suddenly all the conspiracy theories go from whispers to yelling. Once again, this ain't on the Bills. It's a pure media/league thing.

He sucks and any game I watch with him in the booth is going on Mute going forward Yes, Tony Romo (and, to a lesser extent, Jim Nantz) were over the top on Sunday. We all knew going into Sunday that the Buffalo Bills were America's Team, and I don't think there was anyone who had a problem with that. But you'd imagine there would have been at least the slightest hint of broadcast objectivity, even as the game got close for a minute there in the third quarter. And you'd be wrong. To your second point, Tony Romo "Flanderized" himself. After his first season, he presumably looked at all the compliments he received about being such a breath of fresh air when compared to Phil Simms, and how he was bringing energy and excitement out of the usually staid and stodgy Jim Nantz, and he turned that s**t all the way up. Now he's just Gus Johnson, screaming maniacally over a third-down completion in the second quarter.

Excellent call on Tony Romo. What made the dude great was that he wasn't just another catch-phrase machine. He spoke with both the passion of a player and a fan.
Now he's trying to "be like Tony Romo calling a football game" instead of actually just being Tony Romo calling a football game. The dude needs to quit playing himself.

It makes sense why the Packers losing is given more coverage than the Lions winning. Lions had nothing to play for BUT playing spoiler to the Packers. The Packers losing a playoff berth at home where they're supposed to be invincible AND a real possibility of a great player like Aaron Rodgers playing his last game as a Packer. That's a much juicier story that a team winning that really had nothing to gain but bragging rights.
Some of y'all really need to take your fan hats off and look at things from the national media's perspective.

I honestly think someone got in his ear around the time he signed the extension and told him to turn the dial up to an 11 and it's frustrating because he's capable of being the best in the business if he played it straight. Go watch the 2018 AFC title game, if you want a glimpse of what I mean
