Well we have the stupidest ones, might as well have an opposing thread.
I'll start out with Hawk and Jerry Lawler, and the piledriver. A forgotten variant, but I remember an MSG show where Sid Justice did this after the Mountie piledrove him, but he just rose up and tackled him. Used to think that was cool.

Shawn Michaels vs The Undertaker in Hell in a Cell.
Michaels hits Taker with SCM, only for Taker to immediately sit up and give Michaels a death glare. Michaels responds by running out of the cage.

Dusty Rhodes tells someone to gimmick a wooden chair backstage.
In the ring, Big Bubba Rogers appears and confronts Dusty.
Dusty smashed the chair on Rogers so hard, it smashes and is like a collar on Rogers, who barely budges, setting up Dusty and Bubba to have a rivalry for a time.
Dusty congratulates backstage person on gimmicking the chair later.
"...I knew I forgot to do something."

Hard head no-selling, usually from Samoans but I'll use this gif because I love the camerwork and facial experessions.

I always remember Hawk no-selling JJ Dillon's punches at War Games '87 with his hands on his hips and an annoyed expression on his face.

Sting no-selling the guitar shot from Jeff Jarrett at Bound For Glory 2006. To add to this, Kane no-selling the guitar shot from Jeff Jarrett on an episode of Sunday Night Heat.

Sting no-selling the guitar shot from Jeff Jarrett at Bound For Glory 2006. I don't usually like no-selling but Sting and The Undertaker are the two main exceptions. Kane sometimes counts too but the further it gets from his debut/the period after his unmasking the less acceptable it is.

Warrior no-selling the Pedigree at WrestleMania 12.
I’m sorry, but that one is so funny in retrospect.

I loved when Ibushi for a while just kind of, absorbed a huge amount of offense, festered and then exploded. I dunno if you’d call it a no sell but it was awesome.

Warrior no-selling the Pedigree at WrestleMania 12. I’m sorry, but that one is so funny in retrospect. Warrior/Helmsley was basically Bundy/SD Jones of that Wrestlemania. Other than Shawn, Kevin, Hall and I guess Waltman-did anyone see him being anything other than a low to mid card guy? He would also soon be used to get Marc Mero over. It does suck if Warrior was a jerk to him but I'm sure Hunter left his buddies be just like that to young talent the last 20 years when the legend gets to go over. But ultimately, the match had to go that way, Warrior could destroy much bigger guys like Andre of course he can destroy Helmsley in just a few minutes.

When Taker returned at Judgment Day 2000 X-Pac hit him in the back with a chair, and Taker turned around with this "Son....you just f***ed up." look on his face.

Warrior no-selling the Pedigree at WrestleMania 12. I’m sorry, but that one is so funny in retrospect. I know that a finisher should be strong, but it's called a finisher for a reason. When you're a weasely heel who hits it at the beginning of the match, it shouldn't make much of a impact, especially against Warrior. Especially Hunter Hearst Helmsley in 1996. So I always found this one to be overblown. Still...it's hilarious.

I don’t have a clip and don’t recall the match, but I remember seeing a joshi clip doing the rounds a few years ago of Bull Nakano being absolutely WAILED on with multiple kendo sticks & just standing there smirking and I remember thinking it was the most badass no-sell I’d ever seen. If anybody knows what I’m talking about & could point me in the right direction to hunt it down I’d be very grateful….
