First episode dropped today.
Wow it doesn’t feel like a year in between episodes. The traditional weekly episode model seems just right but These 10 episode streaming seasons don’t seem right for sitcoms.
So, wait is the Indian guys wife Jewish this whole time? I thought she was Indian the way they were talking am Indian wedding.

I don't get why the 30 min "sitcom" shows have the short seasons. I get if it's an hour or so... 8-13 episodes seems fine. However, I think 15-18 or even 20 would be the sweet spot for the sitcom shows. I feel the same with That 90s Show. Are they still doing it week by week like they did the first season? That makes it better as you aren't done with the season in a day or two, but still. I watched the first 3 or 4 episodes of Season 1 and just forgot about this. I need to get back to it.

Its a streaming show. TV sitcoms want to sell advertising time and need a certain number of episodes to fill a season. Streaming shows only want to get you to subscribe. Because most people who do wont bother to cancel. So you only need a few episodes for that. And it can even help as fewer episodes prevent binge burnout or running out of stories.
