I love to ask this every year and make my picks around it. To the best of my knowledge - #21 and #26 still haven't won the Rumble.
Which others?

4 and 26 stand out as earliest and latest.
I always associate 4 with workhorse midcarders. Probably because of Mr Perfect (1989), The Rock (1998) and Cody Rhodes (2012).

#15 should win one year. Right in the halfway point of draws.
Closest we had was Nakamura's win at #14.

4,6,7,9,11,12,15,20,21,26 This is the full list, btw. I actually tabulated the full list of winners by number for all the past Rumbles earlier this week.

Since then 2018- Baron Corbin - lasted a minute 2019 - Kurt Angle - eliminated at number 5 2020 - Robert Roode - lasted 40 seconds 2021 - Ali - ok, he lasted about ten minutes 2022 - Robert Roode - lasted 40 seconds again They're killing a good number in the mens side of the draw. Mandy Rose went out first in 2018 from the spot too as you said. And Kelly Kelly had it last year. And lasted 40 seconds or so.

I’m surprised 26 hasn’t won. That seems like a prime spot for a winner.

Best results from the Numbers that haven't produced winners.
04. The Rock in 1998 who ended up being the Runner Up. 06. Kane in 2001 who ended up as the Runner Up. 07. Triple H in 2009 who also ended up being a Runner up. 09. No real stand out performances here, Hornswoggle in 2008 and Drew McIntyre in 2010 both finished 15th in their Rumbles. 11. Sheamus who made it to the final 3 in 2013. 12. Rob Van Dam finished 5th in the 2003 Rumble. 15. Roman Reigns and Rusev bothe ended up as Runner up in the 2015 and 2016 Rumbles respectively. 17. Dino Bravo finished 3rd in 1988 however in 30 person Rumble Sheamus made it to the Final 3 in 2014. 20. John Cena making it to the final 3 in 2018. 21. Bret Hart finishing Runner Up in 1997. (Although should have won as Austin was eliminated but was able to sneak back in as Refs didn't see him go out.) 26. Big Show finishing Runner up in 2000. (Once again some will debate that he was the real winner as Rocks feet touched the floor.)
Whilst 13 was the first winning entry Number.. In a 30 Person Rumble, The Rock made it to the Final 3 in 2001.

Maybe these two numbers have been cursed ever since and eventually they'll be the last two numbers to never have won a Rumble?

Appreciate those numbers @spiderfab , pretty interesting how seven people who have drawn #26 are former winners themselves but the number has never produced a winner on its own, whereas the other number have a max of like three.
