Tonight was excellent.
Jey turned up for his brother, but still wouldn't commit to the group. Sami acknowledged Jey (which imo is massive, that goes back to the origins of the Bloodline)
But most of all, Paul Heyman, "watch from home, you see things on TV you don't always see live"
Masterful.

It’s on another level
I can’t think of another story as compelling as this one in wrestling. Or at least certainly not as compelling in the same way this one is.

Tia is the best story since Batista vs Triple H in 2005.

This is the best WWE storyline since Vince McMahon told Ric Flair that the next time he lost, he would be forced to retire, that 12 months later would culminate in Chris Jericho beating Shawn Michaels in a last man standing match.

I’ve been watching this shit since 2004, I can’t think of anything that tops it story wise. It’s better than Batista/HHH or the HBK/Flair/Batista/Jericho saga

Roman wasn’t on the show but his shadow hung so high over this whole episode it was brilliant. Heyman peeping on The Uso’s essentially doing Roman’s bidding was great.
The last line was well incredible let’s be honest. Just imagining Roman at home losing his shit over Sami & Jay’s interaction. Masterful.
Does this mean The Uso’s are not going to be in Canada next week or will they be there?

I think it's great that we could be getting three new main event stars out of this in Sami, Jey and Solo (obviously Sami and Jey have been over forever, but they're both on a whole different level now)

Def not My assumption is Jey breaks off to do his own thing if anything and they keep Jimmy/Solo together for a little while

I for one am gutted that Sami didn't leave last year to have a mask shoved back on him and then be lost in the shuffle after 3 weeks.

The Golden Era, when the WWF Champion wasn't on every TV show, but his presence loomed large. "Hello, wrestling, my sweetheart, I missed you".

I can't be the only one that's hoping for Roman vs Jimmy vs Jey for the title, can I?
Roman vs Solo could be amazing if booked right too.

Re-signing has probably been the best decision Owens and Sami have made. Dudes are made men now. Its incredible how well that’s worked out for them

Its incredible how well that’s worked out for them As Sami said, him and KO basically look at last years Mania as nothing can top that in their careers and everything else after is gravy I can see their moment this year surpassing last year just because they will be able to do this together in a big angle. Both men are basically adding to their legacies with the contract and have become some of the most over babyfaces on the roster

Its incredible how well that’s worked out for them As a guy who badly wanted them to sign with AEW at the time, I agree with this. Getting to work with Austin for Kevin and the Bloodline story for Sami have been huge for them That said, I don't wanna shift the thread towards "lol thank God they didn't go to that S***HOLE AEW" so I'll just add that the past few segments with Sami, Roman and Paul have been incredible and I'm excited to see the match this Saturday.

I don't think Sami or Kevin would've ever thought they'd be put in this good a storyline when they re-signed with WWE. Like, this is the best thing WWE's done in decades and Sami especially is a big part of why.
I also really like the way Roman's used as absentee champion. It's such a refreshing change after Brock's multiple absentee reigns where he just f***ed off for weeks on end and there was a giant Brock-shaped hole in the booking. Here, Roman makes his presence felt even when he isn't on the show.
