That WWE cookbook from 2019 or so has officially gone out of print, so I'm sharing one of the recipes I really like that I made for Valentine's Day.
Bret "Hitman" Hartichoke Gratin.
Side note, the cookbook is actually really stellar. You can tell it was made by actual chefs who then applied the theme and not the other way around. Well written easy to follow instructions even for the more high end and complex items. Worth seeking out.

Meant to pick this book up, never did, then BZ said he'd be doing tons of recipes on Kayfabe Kitchen, never did. So I guess we're both just going hungry.

I got the Jim Ross cookbook, I think there were 2-it was the first one and tried a few things. It was fun.
When I read the title of this thread I thought it was a parody with that guy who does a spot on Bret impression-the skee ball skit impression guy.

I have this cookbook, it's ok. Honestly, the Attitude Era cookbook has better and more interesting recipes.
