If he had stayed after Summerslam 91?

He would've feuded with Jake The Snake Roberts until Royal Rumble, then face Papa Shango at WM8.
After that, it's a mystery.

more nonsensical promo's, more rope shaking, destructicity, face paint for everyone, weird arm pumping, a heel turn to go against the top face, lots of running, a face turn when he starts zombie hunting, time off for a movie roll in a terrible movie, a public roid rage incident, a big money contract offer from wcw.

I don't think it would have been Shango. He was so new that when he ran out during Hogan-Sid, there was head-scratching that he was even involved in a main-event match. They wouldn't have had him wrestle Warrior so soon after his debut unless they planned for Shango to win, which seems unlikely.
Warrior leaving after SummerSlam '91 had huge ripples. If he'd stayed and continued feuding with Jake, Savage's return from retirement likely would have been delayed, probably into early 1992, which affects a whole bunch of things. If Warrior didn't have a blowoff gimmick match with Jake at the Rumble, then Warrior certainly would have been involved in the Royal Rumble match itself that Flair won. All kinds of possibilities there. Assuming Flair still wins the Rumble and the belt, Warrior probably would have been one of the contenders at the press conference for the WrestleMania match.
I think WrestleMania would have been:
Hogan vs. Sid Flair vs. Warrior for the title Savage vs. Jake (who begin their feud later, after Warrior and Jake are done) Undertaker vs. a mid-card babyface like the Bulldog or Sgt. Slaughter (because Taker wouldn't have turned face yet)

Flair vs Warrior, that's a match I never considered. Would that even be good??

Flair vs Warrior, that's a match I never considered. Would that even be good?? Doubtful. They had a house run after Flair regained the title from Savage, that by most/all accounts was, let's be nice and say not so good. That's also where Flair was injured in his ear which messed up his balance, having to drop the title to the Hitman.

Flair vs Warrior, that's a match I never considered. Would that even be good?? Could've been. Warrior was a good story teller in the ring. He just sucked at the actual wrestling/athletic part. If Flair is calling the match, it could have been good. Probably not Warrior/Savage level good, because Savage's approach of scripting the match really lent itself perfectly to Warrior's style.

It's hard to say because him sticking around changes what they ended up doing with Hogan, Flair, Sid, Savage, Jake, and Undertaker. As mentioned Papa Shango was too new to be put in a match with as had debuted in February. High unlikely they stick him in a big Mania match with Warrior that soon after his debut.
If he sticks around I don't think Sid gets inserted into the Savage/Jake feud at Summerslam to be Savage's proxy. I'm pretty sure that spot was supposed to be Warrior's as he had already been feuding with Jake and Undertaker. They needed to put Sid in there instead but then Sid ended up getting hurt shortly after which forced them bring Savage back sooner then planned anyways. If I had to guess they probably would've done Warrior and Savage against Jake and Undertaker in a tag match. They probably hold off on Undertaker's face turn until after Mania. Hogan probably goes against Flair. Sid probably doesn't get inserted into main event storylines so quick and is built up more in the upper midcard with him going over on a guy on that level to set him up as a title contender afterwards.

Flair vs Warrior, that's a match I never considered. Would that even be good?? Saw this match at a house show in Indianapolis. It wasn’t good. Warrior worked stiff as hell with Flair. I was sitting ringside and it’s was obvious how stiff Warrior was and it was also plain to see how pissed Flair was after the match

There would have an epic third main event between him and Colonel Mustafa.

If Warrior hadn't been fired then I think WM 8 gets a shakeup and we potentially get Flair/Hogan and Warrior/Sid. I think you could also get a more fun version where Warrior wins the Rumble in 1992 and faces Hogan in a rematch from WM6. The shakedown could still give you Flair/Savage as another big match. Maybe Sid vs Undertaker, which means the streak perhaps never happens if Sid goes over. Bret/Piper still happens. Maybe you push Jake further down the card or right off the card?

FYI, the rumor was that DiBiase and Sherri would have ruined Savage and Elizabeth's wedding instead of Jake. That was supposed to be the catalyst to reinstate Savage. I remember reading that Savage was hesitant to it though.
