…I just saw an episode of Wheel where Pat looked like he did something wrestling related (I wasn’t paying attention) at the end where a contestant won $40,000. When him and Vanna talked at the end, he said he used to do that professionally before he became host of Wheel (over 43 years ago.) Pat: “Have you ever heard of the Masked Sagee?”
I think he was joking. He he! I googled him being a wrestler and I got nothing. Pat also strikes me as not a fan of wrestling even though he had wrestlers on us show. He even had Xavier Woods on his show.

He was joking. He was the weatherman on Channel 4 (Los Angeles) before hosting Wheel.

He was joking. He was the weatherman on Channel 4 (Los Angeles) before hosting Wheel. So its possible he could have been in the World Weather Federation.

If anything, Vanna has more of a connection to wrestling than Pat.

Can't see it online yet, but GSN used to have a promo for Wheel talking about the "WOF".

Tom Bergeron did do that Shooting Star Press off the top of the Titantron in 1998.

Him and Alex Trebek used to run roughshod over the territories back in the day Pat was part of one of the few "New" tag teams I liked when he replaced Chuck Woolery in the new Wheel of Fortune Express.

Tom Bergeron did do that Shooting Star Press off the top of the Titantron in 1998. You and your flip flop gymnasts posing as wrestlers. Back in my day, Peter Marshall needed to only use a standing elbow drop, and we all believed in it!

Pat and Whipper Billy Watson had great 2 hour time limit draws in Madison Square Gardens. People were hanging from the rafters.
