General consensus seems to hold that the evil foreigner is an outdated cliche, but I think it will always have a place. But it strikes me that there never really been much in the way of such gimmicks when it comes to women. There she arguably been a few evil foreigner women managers, Lana being probably the best example. Particularly with the commonality of international women stars today, you would think the opportunities would be there. Granted it is a trickier gimmick to pull off these days and it really does require the just right talent. At the very least, I could picture a Regal style gimmick applied to a woman-a stuck up, English aristocrat. Any other ex’s ones of this, or possible gimmick ideas?

Back in WWF Alundra Blayze was feuding with Bull Nakano who was potrayed pretty much in the same light as Yokozuna: A Japanese monster heel the patriotic American babyface had to overcome. I know Yokozuna wasn't actually Japanese.

I’d go so far as to say Col. Ninotchka in GLOW was one of the best evil Russians in wrestling history.

It is odd they avoid having those characters with the women. I guess maybe a lot of it is that they had stopped going to that well considerably more by the time women's wrestling finally really took off in mid 2010's.
Come to think of it there really hasn't been a lot of patriotic All American Girl babyface characters either. I think just Madusa, Lacey Evans (when she's a face), and I guess Torrie Wilson who IIRC they billed as the All American Girl and was the poster girl of the first few WWE Great American Bash PPV's while also being the go to for the divas it seemed when they would do any patriotic photo shoots.

Leyla Hirsh is a Russian born American adoptee, and she used to have the flag all over her gear. I'm assuming she was in the process of getting new gear before she got injured though

Would Asuka count? They didn't do so much of the "you filthy Americans" thing around her, but there is a certain othering to heel Asuka that is rare even among other foreign talent.

A lot of this is probably more that to get these characters over would involve giving women promo time.

NEO Biishiki-gun is a stable led by a beautiful French aristocrat and the hideous goblin maid she found in the forest.

Misty Blue Simms and Heidi Lee Morgan we’re Team America, complete with Luger-style American flag ring gear.

GLOW had several. Ninotchka, Tanya, Palestina....I think Matilda the Hun flirted briefly with being a Nazi...

Rosita now Zelina Vega (Puerto Rican) and Sarita (white Canadian and the only member of the group who spoke Spanish) were famously Mexican nationalists in TNA.

Heidi Howitzer's more or less settled on that in her current TJPW run.
In general, you'll probably find a lot more examples among gaijin in joshi promotions.

To your second point, there was Terri Gold in the early days of WOW...didn't wear the stars and stripes, but she was pretty much Kurt Angle played FULLY straight face.
