IRS, Repo Man, Heel Doink, and the Undertaker are the Mount Rushmore of turning chicken s*** into chicken salad. Could we to a lesser extent count Big Boss Man being a wrestling cop in this? Throw Mountie and Honky Tonk Man in there as well. |

IRS was never WrestleCrap. F*** RD Reynolds!!! I've been watching 1994 WWF on Peacock. He most decidedly was. Sitting in a graveyard pretending to dig a corpse up because of unpaid taxes. Just the stupidest stuff. |

The early IRS ring attire is so unintentionally funny with the brown tights meant to resemble slacks. He also had "IRS" on his ass at the very beginning. And then at some point, some wise soul clearly said out loud: "This looks awful. Why doesn't he just wear real pants?"
