I'm starting to wonder if you people even have jobs.
When cuts happen, it's always to the people who are actually doing shit. Eventually they get around cutting middle managers, but after a year or two that job is always back.

Maybe they will fire Dana White and put Dana Brooke in his place. If Sara Logan was still running the snack bar, or was Miz' personal hair dresser, I'm sure she would be getting fired. Safe to say when she married Erick and became a viking muse, she Triple H'ed her way into employment.

It's become a meme that, when cuts come, it's the juniormost managers that get the axe first. It can stifle promotions from within to do that, but when the company is owned by a private-equity firm, experience tends to matter for shit. Hence, the competent frontliners break the Peter Principle, keep their heads down and their eyes and ears open to opportunities outside the company. ObTopic: A lot of those stagnating in WWE would be better off profile-wise elsewhere, _especially_ if they've built their names in the indies, Japan or in Europe - these are likely Triple H picks who might now find themselves vulnerable in a Vince-led company. If Vince didn't make them, he has no qualms breaking them - and that would include a former AEW EVP.

When Covid hit it finally became apparent they served no actual function. Somehow, using black magic f***ery, the people one step below them convinced people they were needed. Maybe it was one step below was union, but I think it was black magic. How else can you convince people you're needed to manage people who aren't actually there? Anyway, the point is, the people who all got let go because their jobs were just made up, those jobs are back and we're still as short handed as ever. Because we need a guy whose job it is to look into why service levels, which by the way are insanely high and can't be touched by anyone in the country and I know this because I talk to the actual people we serve, are lower than whatever they've made up. Our answer is yes. Want to hear the radio? Yes. You don't like the radio played CCR? Yes, we will turn that off. You love CCR? Yes we will play CCR. I basically got robbed at work. A woman came up to me insisting she needed a dry erase board for another building. I said, "I'm pretty sure they have one there" She said, "No. They don't" I said, "They do" She said "No" and in a way where me saying no wasn't an option. Whatever take it. Even if she just found the dumbest way ever to acquire one, not worth me getting involved.

Ringside News isn't a reliable source (it's also a banned source here). Neither is Nick Hausman, whose biggest claim to fame was getting damn near everything wrong when it came to Brawl Out, all to defend CM Punk. Dave on this morning's Observer Radio mentioned that when Endeavor bought UFC, they didn't do much in the way of cuts on the fighter side of things. They instead either let contracts expire or if the fighters wanted to work elsewhere, let them out of their contracts.

Reportedly, there will be cuts tomorrow, but on the corporate/office side of things. (Doesn’t make those cuts any less awful, however. People losing jobs still sucks.)

Office cuts are absolutely coming. It's terrible, but not talent cuts either, which is what Nick Hausman is claiming.

Cuts so aggressive, they'll refuse to let go of the hold after the bell.
