... Why are they announcing this in May? Probably with the reasoning of "These will be in stores by like September, let's give people a chance to get excited about it." There really are people who get pretty jazzed about cereal news, and while the Monster Cereals would really make people happy by returning to their old oat cereal instead of the current corn-based cereal, a second complaint was stagnation, with them not really doing anything new in a while. Last year, they did fruit snacks, so that was something, but a new addition to their "family" is probably a bigger shakeup. |
