The crowd is very much into when Asuka and IYO scream at eachother in anime. And all three ladies speak fine english that I think they can get by with no issues and also they can and quite frankly should use alot of vingettes to teach the audience about the history between all three ladies. I say it would be way more likely now under HHH than it would have ever been under Vince. My guess is they're going Becky/Rhea and Charlotte/Bianca at Mania 40 as kind of a passing of the torch moment for Rhea/Bianca as the division leads, but it'd be cool if they gave Asuka/Iyo/Kairi a shot. Considering the shit HHH is catching from cutting 2 womens matches at Summerslam would not surprise me if he has 2 womens matches on both nights of Mania next year.

God I think I speak for this entire forum when I say: I sure as hell hope she doesn't return. She literally adds NOTHING to the company. Hell, she adds LESS THAN NOTHING to the company, as she injures so many women and is by all accounts, an absolutely terrible person.

I am gonna go out on the limb and say this is infact not true but sounds like some 3rd hand source supposedly heard something gave it to them and ran with it. When she popped up at the rumble and the absoloute dread that filled the room is very similar and would not surprise me IF her name was brought that it may have been royal rumble discussions at best.

Kairi hearing the rumors after signing the WWE pre-contract: (Can’t believe I used this video twice in almost 24 hours)

So is this a coincidence, then? Dave talked about this before the press conference but KAIRI was told she was going to be the centerpiece of NJPW's international push but then Mercedes came along and took her spot. Which uh...fair enough I can see why Bushiroad would prioritize Mercedes over KAIRI. But its still crap. It also doesn't help that NJPW's booking of the IWGP Women's title makes both Triple H and Tony Khan look like benevolent saints when it comes to women's wrestling. KAIRI got ONE five minute title defense on an NJPW show, and a draw on a STARDOM show before losing it. Mercedes wasn't too much better. As for the hiatus remark, its fancy PR speak for "I can't reveal that I signed with WWE". She was also outright asked if she was returning to WWE and said "I can't talk about it or comment on it". WWE has a policy in place where talent who gets signed to WWE is NOT allowed to talk about it until WWE says they can (usually after they reveal it themselves). Asuka also went on a "hiatus" right before showing up in WWE. Iyo leaving Stardom was also marketed as a "hiatus". Kairi's first time leaving Japan was also marketed as a "hiatus". There is also a LOT of context missing from that tweet. --- Anyways, Dave had more of an update on the KAIRI stuff on this morning's WOR. He said that there were a lot of moving parts behind the scenes (in Japan) that caused this to happen, most of which probably won't be revealed until 2024. He went on to say that he thinks AEW made her an offer as well (he mentioned that she got multiple overseas offers), but she rejected it, because WWE is seen as the big leagues, and she knows WWE and the people who work there. He mentioned she has a handful of shows left in Japan, but is going to make the move back to WWE soon after. Oh yeah, he also mentioned that AEW likely would have let KAIRI stay in Japan and just fly out to the shows where they needed her, but she still picked WWE anyways.

I will say regarding Nia.... she has lost some weight. Maybe that will help in her being a little less sloppy, or maybe not. I don't know.

HHH must be trying to push into Japan again. lol
Iyo as champ, Asuka, Kairi maybe coming back, Shinsuke getting random credibility.
As for Nia, I like her, but the timing is morbidly hilarious. 😂

Kairi returning isn’t really that big of a surprise to me; it felt like every few months I’d read an article that said she’d like to come back one day or how much she enjoyed WWE etc. I think she was mostly wasted on the main roster in her first run (just as things started clicking she was on her way out) so I’m interested to see how things go this time around.
The Nia news may well be true, but timing wise I also think it could just be a rib. I know she was training with Naomi/Trinity and Tamina last month…

I meant "coincidence" as something of a joke, as the "indefinite hiatus" part came out after the rumors of Nia coming back started.

Yeah, her laziness is what caused her sloppiness... and cracking jokes about injuring people isn't a weight issue. Maybe she can have some of her speed back..but that only fixes part of the problem.
