Lots of them are clearly planted in the timeframe they were released, and there some that couldn't be released today like Fat. So which one do you think is his most timeless? Personally I think its Ebay, pretty much because Ebay is still the way its always been, but these days there are much more power sellers and such. I just thought it would be an interesting question to ask.

Skipper Dan is probably the most relatable in this day and age.

Word Crimes. Bad grammar is (sadly) timeless.

I think you could justify Fat as a body positive song.

Amish Paradise or Fat or Eat It. Least timeless is probably All About the Pentiums.

I Can’t Watch This is still relevant today, maybe even more so than when Al wrote it. Unless you’re a diehard fan of live news and sports, what’s on TV these days that’s worth watching? Look at channels ruined by reality TV: VH1, Discovery, TLC, History Channel, etc.
Most channels aren’t even trying anymore; they just pick a handful of shows and marathon them into the ground. MTV is probably the biggest example but other channels are doing it too—look up the schedule for Great American Living, for instance.

TNT: Shows the same movie re-runs before AEW Rampage and Collision. TBS: Shows Big Bang Theory before Dynamite. USA Network: Law & Order and any crime drama with "Chicago" in the name before Raw or NXT. Local Fox Channels: Shows Big Bang Theory before Smackdown.

Even if you've never heard of Al Yankovic in your life, you know Eat It.

I'd say Amish Paradise and Eat It. Both are a combination of the base music being "timeless" and the topics being stable and not rooted in the pop culture of the time.

Amish Paradise or Fat or Eat It. Least timeless is probably All About the Pentiums. But it does prove its own point with how horribly out of date those specs in the song now are.

Living With A Hernia-A friend of mine was telling me he had one and I started asking what type and blurted out the ones I remember from the song and he was really impressed until I confessed.

I'd say Amish Paradise and Eat It. Both are a combination of the base music being "timeless" and the topics being stable and not rooted in the pop culture of the time. I'd add The Saga Begins, based on a song that was already timeless, and Star Wars is still ubiquitous.

"You Don't Love Me Anymore" gets a laugh whenever I show it to anyone.
Bad relationships will always be there. Exaggerated painful relationships? Timeless.
