Things That Are a Pain in the Ass to Eat

Every time I see ice cream donuts I get mild anxiety. I’m sure they’re delicious, but at best it seems like a beat the clock scenario. Gobbling down a day’s worth of calories to avoid making a mess just doesn’t seem worth it to me.

Here is what I’m talking about for those who haven’t heard of them before:

It’s like breaking into Fort Knox to get to the good stuff though.

Similar to the first item, ice cream sandwiches made from chocolate chip cookies. When the cookies are too hard, it's almost guaranteed to see some of the ice cream squeeze out from the first bite.

Lord yes. The trend of the stupidly tall burger needs to die. You literally can't eat it without ripping it apart, thus nullifying the entire point.

One that’s a little more widespread: powdered donuts.

Even this morning I was shopping for pastries and considered getting the powdered donuts, but no matter how carefully you eat them a little powder seems to get out. Then even a little powder tends to make a mess. I opted for the blueberry muffins instead.

I always eat ice cream in a bowl for that very reason.

schwarmas are one of my favorite things to eat but man the ones I get locally are always fragile as hell. have to eat them with a spoon at the ready because they inevitably disintegrate about 2/3 of the way.

This may be controversial... but chicken wings. I find them messy, and there's not a lot of meat for the mess they make.

I know 'boneless wings' are just 'chicken nuggets for adults' but at least I get a full bite out of them, and less mess.

Years ago, I used to eat burgers with three patties with no problems. Nowadays, it would take me an hour to even eat one, much less finish it.
