Interesting part is teams do not get to determine that on an individual level...

If I am not mistaken it's all bundled in the bargaining agreements for all teams to be treated as one unit in those situations with merchandise, licensing, and tv contracts. Equal shares regardless of performance....

Thanks for clarifying but that is still interesting considering the Jags have sucked pretty bad for years besides last year (9-8 last year).


edit: I find it extremely hard to believe they sold out of them out of every single team first...unless they made like 4 of em and as suggested here Khan bought them haha

Good point. NFL are more wealthy than even WWE.

I'm absolutely certain folks (who aren't Jaguars fans) bought the Jags one as a collectors item or even to resell because they knew it would be a very unique item because of the Kahn connection.
