Awesome. The guy isn't the best guy in the world, but he does draw defenders like crap draws flies. Now if the rest of England can remember how to play, they might actually win something for once.
In the meantime, Go Ireland!

Stupidest idea ever. Not because he doesn't deserve it but there is no long term thinking there. How can he be called up later on this year when he'll be playing in such a shitty league?

The way i look at it is, Capello write Beckham off, changed his mind and now Real Madrid look like they might win the league with Beckham as the main focus.
So it makes sense for McClaren to do the same. Plus Aaron Lennon is injured so Beckham is back up anyway. Probably.

I thought he retired from internatinal football. Man Beckham's going to have to learn how to deal with jet lag
Thinking of something why Beckham we have Wright-Phillips

But at a time Beckham wasnt playing for Real and still was playing for England.
I swear if Chelsea dont let SWP go on loan next season hes just wasting his talent away.

Man Beckham's going to have to learn how to deal with jet lag Thinking of something why Beckham we have Wright-Phillips Nope he retired as captain and then McClaren unceremoniously dropped him in some stupid big gesture. Very few people can deliver a cross or long pass like he can do, something that is important in internationals as chances are hard to come by. As for Wright-Phillips, he's fast but thats about it

But at a time Beckham wasnt playing for Real and still was playing for England. Fair point about that. It was more to do with the fact he was still able to go, like the World Cup proved. I swear if Chelsea dont let SWP go on loan next season hes just wasting his talent away. QFT on that one.

The MLS is lower than mediocre in the US. No one has even heard of them. If you asked the average American what the MLS was, they'd think you were talking about some disease. lol

I don't think he goes till July, but i also don't think he becomes automatically crap just because he's playing in a worse league. But yeah i see him getting dumped by September.

Our savior is coming! Yay! lol Soccer will be made great in the US, all homes will hang pictures of DB, and we will praise his name. We will be respectable.
