Going to Chelsea was the dumbest move ever for him. He should have gone to Arsenal, he would have been a God. He and Ljunberg would give them very good wingers.

Well this is a whole lot of pointless. Beckham isn't a footballer anymore, he's some advertising and fashion goon. The team needs people who are hungry for the game and with a will to win, not some complacent has-been.

You only need to see his World Cup games and his recent run with Madrid to see that this guy is still hungry. For me, this makes alot of sense in this case. Now, Wayne Rooney, That guy is one big giant advertising slogan.

A useful squad player certainly.

But, David Beckham, like a great jeebus, is going to change all that! Our savior is coming! Yay! lol Soccer will be made great in the US, all homes will hang pictures of DB, and we will praise his name. We will be respectable. I have a feeling that you have a tune of sarcasm in your voice, just a tiny little tune of it, though. But I have been wrong before ;D What, you haven't heard of the newest, poshest cult in the US, "The Church of Beckham?" We have even hired "The Four Horsemen" to go through the US to announce the great coming.

He's not really coming to Los Angeles for the football; he's coming for the other opportunities. So, is his wife. He's already showing up in the US fashion magazines, hawking his colognes, et al.

So when is Beck's going to be on Oprah then? Well I think we can rule out a "Book Club" appearance. Although I'd love to hear Oprah's insights on "soccer!"

Well, Posh is already working on a reality show for the US audience. I have a feeling she and Becks will be EVERYWHERE.
And, it's true, if Oprah told her audience to watch "soccer," they would. lol Now, if we can find a channel that airs it. Hmmm.

Can't wait for WWE to mention Beck's....
JBL: "I went for lunch at the BeckHAAAM's house the other day, the talk i had with David single handily shortened my brain capacity" Cole: "OH MY!!"
Beckham: Hi, my name's David... Batista: Look David, those are my sunglasses and this sunday....i'm gonna be needing them back Beckham: Ok but can i have my turtleneck back?
Edge: "Well guess what L.A., your beloved David Beckham SUCKS!!!"
* silence *
Hey and maybe Becks could give Lashley some promo tips too.
