When is it acceptable to start playing Christmas music?

In your opinion, what is the acceptable time to start playing Christmas music? Before Halloween? After Halloween, but before Thanksgiving? Black Friday? December 1st?

Black Friday. The point of Santa at the Macy's Parade is that Thanksgiving begins the holiday season .

Okay, as someone who actually loves Christmas and Christmas music, I prefer to start listening to it at the very least, halfway through November. If not that, the week of Thanksgiving. Not any earlier. I don't like hearing it at the start of November.
